Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens as dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. Many also reported issues with service, including unresponsive staff, problems with check-in, and lack of support. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location near metro stations, restaurants, and shops, and a few found the hotel to be budget-friendly or adequate for the price.
