Most guests praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and several appreciated the convenient location near the beach. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Overall, while the service and location were positive aspects, cleanliness and room comfort need improvement.
