Pros (+) Location! Staff were quick to fix issues.
Cons (-) We had to switch rooms due to our non smoking room smelling like smoke. We were also not provided bath towels, only hand towels.

Pros (+) Close to bars and restaurants
Cons (-) The clerk was not very friendly. Not a good fit for a "hospitality " position. There was no lounge, although that was in the description. The restaurant pictured next to the Inn is no longer there either.
