Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast options. The spacious rooms and comfortable atmosphere were also noted as positives. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty utensils, unclean floors, and even pest problems in some rooms. While many found the service to be excellent, a few experienced poor customer service and reservation issues. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stood out, but cleanliness was a concern for some.AI-generated from customer reviews
