Pros (+) - location (no hotels in Outremont) - staff is nice
Cons (-) - accessibility (no parking close to the building) - the room was on the 17th floor, no wifi available unless you go down to the 7th floor. I could connect thanks to a free unlocked student wifi... - no clear indications to reach the right building (even on campus map signs)
