Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the bus terminal and city center, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as good or very good, with several guests appreciating its quality and variety. Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, noting positive experiences with service, including flexible check-in and assistance with lost items. The pool is also appreciated by guests, though some mention it is in a shaded or under-construction area. While room size and comfort are generally acceptable, some guests note the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned or in need of renovation. Noise from the surroundings and issues with payment transparency are occasional concerns, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
