Pros: Good stay overall. We (there were 3 of us on business) arrived at around 1 Pm and were told check in was 2 Pm so waited, only then to be told it was 3 PM. I still got my room at 2 Pm but my collagues had to use the spa to freshen up as we had a business meeting at 2.30 PM. I asked for a wake up call at 7.30 am but did not get a call. That said, still a good hotel overall and staff were friendly.

Pros: We enjoyed the extra luxury of staying in a prime location in the city, we got upgraded to the bridal suite and no extra cost whic was fantastic and everyone was polite and very helpful, we would certainly come again and would be happy to recommend the hotel. we also loved the bathroom, the shower was great.
