Pros: Good stay overall. We (there were 3 of us on business) arrived at around 1 Pm and were told check in was 2 Pm so waited, only then to be told it was 3 PM. I still got my room at 2 Pm but my collagues had to use the spa to freshen up as we had a business meeting at 2.30 PM. I asked for a wake up call at 7.30 am but did not get a call. That said, still a good hotel overall and staff were friendly.
