Cons: £92 for breakfast which I believed was included, both the hotel and get a room blamed each other and left the customer in the dark. We avoided breakfast in the hotel and the hotel still tried to charge for it Suite had a standard double bed rather than a king or queen Hotel Bar tries to move guests around in Bar once settled at a table claiming tables not marked as reserved were reserved Generally a bad experience

Pros: The location was awesome, the staff was helpful and proficiant with there knowledge. The price was awesome and generally my wife and I both enjoyed our stay
Cons: There was some grime in the bath room that was around the general joints of connecting parts of shower and sink area. But this did not ruin our trip

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right on the quayside and close to town. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. I would stay here again.
Cons: The shower was quite poor which was a shame. An updated bathroom would really transform the place. Although I’d placed the ‘do not disturb’ card on the door the cleaning staff came in the room which almost made for an awkward encounter!

Pros: The hotel was really well situated. The staff were very approachable and friendly. The room was also very clean and well equipped
Cons: The bar attached to the hotel seemed a little busy and loud. For a hotel bar I like a nice calm atmosphere to relax with a drink later in the evening.

Pros: Rooms and surroundings were clean, well designed and there was good access and facilities.
Cons: We had noise guests ip stairs that woke us at midnight and talked loudly for ages......after a long drive not helpful. In the morning we rose about eight and realised we could not shower as there was no hot water....all had been used....disappointing and not my usual experience of your chain. Will be going yo Newcastle again but has coloured mm/our experience in a negative way.

Cons: Prices ridiculous for such basic hotel I realise was Great Northern Run, but feel a tad ripped off.. Expensive Spectacles left in room and hotel claimed not to be able to find them, despite me calling as soon as I noticed which was on same day as check out.
