Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many noting exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also a highlight, as rooms and common areas were frequently described as spotless and well-maintained. However, opinions on breakfast were mixed, with several guests expressing dissatisfaction with the quality and variety, although some found it satisfactory. Bed comfort received criticism, particularly regarding hard or uncomfortable mattresses and sofa beds. Overall, the positive service and cleanliness stood out most in guest experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
