Pros: The breakfast is really good and service as well. The hotel provide the shuttle bus service between hotel to the exhibition center is so convenient. The food center is nearby by walking only few minutes, it can relax after finishing the exhibition job.
Cons: Even we reserved a non-smoking room, but I still can smell the smoking. After feedback to the room service, it seems improve. The hotel also provide the shuttle bus service to department center, but the shuttle bus is really busying during exhibition period. They provide the outside taxi to take us go there and no-paid any cost, but the driver still charge us the toll (fee for using a road).

Cons: When i make a reservation, i booked superiors double but they didn't make up. That's why they suggested to change room for deluxe double.. But when i check it, there is no window..what the hell.. I just refused their's proposal .. Finally, they changed the room when i first booked superior .. The bathroom is not good enough waterway grade..watery floor..

Its worth for traveller who wants to be efficient in accomodation during staying in Kelapa Gading/ North Jakarta. With taxi, laundry and minimarkets 24 hours in the location, its definetly worth.

Massage was really not good. she was bored and spent time watching her phone. Staff at reception didn't smile or acknowledge guests walking by, except for the trainees - they were vibrant and smiling.
Cons: Need to encourage the team more, there are many older hotels that have maintained their reason for being - there are more where the staff are simply complacent and turning up to work. It has a great structure and could be a wonderful place to go to.

They made us some breakfast packs, it was only bread - but it was ok and we appreciated it. We stayed there only 1 night and sadly did not have time to try the restaurant or pool area.
Cons: I did not experience the hotel to be as beautiful as the pictures on their website presented it.
