Service people were a little rude and snippy. Seemed to be not interested in their performance.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its convenient location near the airport and the friendliness of the staff. The shuttle service was frequently mentioned as a positive, and some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms comfortable and quiet. However, there were repeated complaints about parking difficulties, cleanliness issues in some rooms and bathrooms, and occasional problems with amenities such as curtains and the shuttle wait times. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in parking and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Staff lacks knowledge of the facility and front desk employees (Jamal) need to understand this is not their personal frat house. Obnoxious and rude. Being a Gold Member, we were upgraded to a suite. O...
