10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large with an outside entrance. The bed was comfortable and the whirlpool tub was a treat. The breakfast was wonderful and there were additional snacks in the evening. We enjoyed the outside seating. Overall, the house is beautiful. Leah, the manager, went above and beyond with dining suggestions and information on the city - she even gave us a tour of the house.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider which made our romantic stay that much more fun. It also had a great atmosphere!
Cons: The eggs they made us didn't sit too well, the rest of breakfast was great though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely people, delicious breakfasts
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The ambience of the 1800s restoration and the complimentary bubbly on ice for our 50th anniversary.
Cons: I didn't like the window cooler which noisily went on and off every couple of minutes all night long. It was a continual annoyance all night. And it needs a pocket door on the bathroom. The curtain certainly matched the decor but a door would have provided mor sound proofing privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to the Convention Center.
Cons: More ideal for a romantic couple than for single business travel, but still great.

7.1 Good
Pros: Oops- put this in the wrong box! The only drink that needs fixing is the coffee! I did t like your choice of coffee beans and think you can do better. One night we’re were in the Owl Bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes. It was all male servers in the bar and they didn’t seem to have the customer service aspect down. Just eye contact and a smile and telling guests you’ll be right with them makes a huge difference.
Cons: What I love is the property, so pretty! The staff in the dining room was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our Wedding Night and the Resort was spectacular in setting, atmosphere and just overall fantastic.
Cons: There was nothing I could complaint about or didn't like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful. They exceeded our expectations.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Did not have breakfast

Pros: Fabulous stay! Staff was excellent. Accommodations comfortable. Serene. Dinner at Tree Room was good.
Cons: Nothing, truly. Two awesome hikes, a nice dinner and a restful sleep. Could not have been more pleased.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Separate wooden cabins, perfect woodsy modern design, private deck with view of the forest, lots of screened windows to let In the fresh breezes. Unexpected bonus of in-room washer and dryer saved us! We also appreciated that such a luxurious place allowed us to bring our dog.
Cons: The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that our cabin, number 28, didn’t have counter space for the tall coffee maker. Had to set it on the stovetop to make coffee.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved it and great food
Cons: They could replace the beds
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful food! Beautiful setting in the middle of mountains. This is a hiker's dream.
Cons: Expect to pay more since you're in a ski resort owned by Robert Redford. The room was small & we had to climb up & down stairs getting to the room as well as within the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, nice property
Cons: Staff was rather inexperienced and unaccomodating

Cons: The tenants in the room directly above us, started running jumping at 3:30 in the morning and did not stop until we checked out at 9:30. I don't know what was going on. I called the front desk and complained, and noise stopped for only about 30 minutes

Pros: Location
Cons: Holes in the walls from pictures I guess. Bathroom sink was weird. No carpeting on the floors!

Pros: location
Cons: We were cautioned that if we stained any towels or linens we would be charged for them. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

Cons: Floors looked like they were not vacuumed when I arrived, hair in the sink, everything is outdated inside, bathroom is tiny, hot water in the shower works for seconds only. Random spots on the walls have paint chipping will not be staying here again. I’m not the type to ever put in reviews weather the rooms are good or bad but this place is horrible and has the weakest breakfast ever.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The noise of other guests, the noise in the parking lot, hollow walls you can hear everything in other rooms, the room smelled like sewer, the bed uncomfortable, the room was freezing, when you turn on the heater it would blow the curtains around so people could see in the room. Overall dissatisfaction.
6.0 Good
Pros: location was great. breakfast could use some king of protein.
Cons: The place is old, and there was a layer of old dust on the couch arms-for that reason, I didn't dare sit on it. The corners on the bathroom floor had accumulated filth.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: I don’t know that I classify waffles and cereal as breakfast but I must be getting used to other upgrade hotels that serve you eggs and proteins
6.0 Good
Pros: In a nice part area of town. Easy check in. Thanks for the toiletry samples. Breakfast and coffe included. Free parking.

6.0 Good
Pros: needs updating, the shower/tub faucet leaked. quite a drive from the freeway but if your there for the college it would be a good location. good restaurants nearby.
Cons: needs to be updated and the shower faucet leaked.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place was very excellent and I enjoyed my stay there. Roy Patel and his wife were very pleasant and I enjoyed conversing with them. I was very happily surprised by how quiet the room was. It is near a freeway interchange and on a busy street but in my room it was quiet.
Cons: The breakfast is ok, a little on the weak side. It was not bad, just not great. Entrance to the property, when going west during busy traffic is challenging. At other times it was fine. Entering when going east was easy.
7.9 Good
Pros: Some people don't drink coffee. Would have been nice to have hot water and tea bags offered. Also more bath towels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I usually have a lot to promote a stay. I will not return to this place
Cons: Poor maintenance. Appeared to be building materials - old - stored in the hallway. The room looked dirty - crumbs on the bed. Mold stains in the bathroom
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find, comfortable bed, good price for my needs
Cons: Soap and shampoo left open in shower from previous client. Had to call front desk at 7:45 a.m to get someone to come and open up for the advertised Continental Breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: after driving many hours through a torrential rain storm, it would have been swell to actually have desk staff say hello.

5.4 Okay
Pros: King size bed. Location was good staff was very nice at check in.
Cons: Bathroom faucet only had one knob working. We didn't use the shower because of the stopped up water, and how dirty it was. The walls , baseboards, bedroom floors were so dirty. Sheets smelled not sure if they were washed. Rooms need to be upgraded if they want to hold their name Provo Suites
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful
Cons: When we got into our room the bed looked like it had been slept in and there was trash left from the previous occupants. It looked like no one even tried to clean it.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Absolutely NOTHING!!
Cons: Whole lot... Goodness gracious
1.0 Poor
Pros: I liked the price I liked the location.
Cons: The room was so dirty. There were man whiskers all over the sink that had not been cleaned from someone else staying in the room. The floors were filthy dirty with crumbs, dust and built up dirt behind everything.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Convenient location, cheap price, kitchenette. New windows block out the outside sound and maintain the temperature. They are renovating and it is helping some aspects. The owner was very nice and provided me with a bedside lamp and mug upon request.
Cons: The cleanliness was really lacking. The floor was so dirty I needed to clean it myself, and the towel I used was black after I did so. The hotel lists an in-room coffee maker but there was no coffee-maker.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed. The bed. The bed. A four-star king size bed in an otherwise one starroom. A bonus that satisfied a pet peeve, there was an actual nightlight, Maddeningly not found in almost any hotel room. Neighborhood was not terrific, but just a few blocks from Center Street with nice Restaurants and coffee shops. Parking and Wi-Fi were both just fine. Oh, and the price was great value for the money.
Cons: Worn out furniture and hideous decorations. No coffee in room or in lobby. No kitchen as shown on website, but the usual fridge and microwave.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Fridge
Cons: Mice in the walls
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I left too early for breakfast. The location was convenient to the freeway. Nothing was fancy but everything was clean. Good value.
Cons: No carpet meant the floor was cold, especially getting out of bed in the morning.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was nice and comfortable. There was ample room.
Cons: Bathroom had not been cleaned. There is a ring around the tub and spots on the Mirror above the sink.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I will enter my several complaints elsewhere. Suffice it to say that no one should ever spend $45 on this hotel. It's definitely worth another $20 to stay somewhere clean and safe!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hikes and scenery
Cons: A bit overpriced at restaurants
7.1 Good
Pros: Oops- put this in the wrong box!
Cons: Would have liked to have had a desk or writing space with chair in the room but I chose the single/small room so I understand.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The location. I came into town to see my grandpa who was in the hospital.

Pros: It was a nice room a little pricey but nice enough
Cons: The closet door would not stay shut ut kept opening so I had to keep my suitcase in front if it.
5.1 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was depressingly dark everywhere. The ceilings are low and the lights are dim in the hallways and common areas. The entire place is different shades of dark tan and rust color. No life. I did not want to be there except to sleep. And it smelled like an old lady's house. This property does not currently live up to the Hilton standard and needs a refresh sooner than later.
