Pros (+) Staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. It did not promise anything it did not deliver.
Cons (-) The price was the same as the 5-star hotels 25 minutes south. My reason for staying at Villa Premier was that is was close into town. But the surrounding area kind of sucked. And Puerto Vallarta is not a super nice place and I would suggest to stay in a higher end place and venture out once a day into town.
