Pros: Authentic ryokan experience up the mountain in a forest. Good real Japanese food.Fabulous private hot tub. Fun very different experience.
Cons: Be aware that there is not much in the area other than hiking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The environment and food are of very high quality.
Cons: Should provide more welcoming chocolate upon request, and let the guest enjoy the welcoming drink more leisurely instead of urging us to go to our rooms.

Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was amazing, we had a great view of Mount Fuji, the outdoor bath was lovely - couldn't really ask for more!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing, being vegatarian they made a 10 course meal and dessert with two hours notice. The staff were incredible and helpful. Such a great value for what you pay. The onsen was so great, used it in -4 degrees with the view of mount Fuji. The staff warned us when it was cold and might snow so we could wear extra layers. Could not reccomend this place ebough. The food was some of the best food we have ever had so a huge thank you to the chief

Pros: Kaiseki dinner, very well prepared. Flawless. The outdoor private hot tub was the main attraction for me. Service was ok, have had better at other ryokan, it felt less personal here.
Cons: More personalized service, at the rate the ryokan is charging, i expected more.

Cons: Nothibg

Pros: Make sure you reserve the open air private bath when you get there. Morning preferred.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this place is first class. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more highly
Cons: Only improvement I could suggest is to tell new visitors best way to travel from Odawara to the hotel. Take the Hakonemachi bus, and get off at Ashinoyu stop. It’s just a 100m walk to the hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good private onsen. Room is cosy and clean. We are very well fed. Despite the inconvenience, we didn’t want to leave this place at the end.
Cons: No pickup service. Location is too far and inconvenient for international travellers with big luggage.

Pros: Very friendly staff and a nice and cosy hostel. Staff provided me a lot of tips and I could late check in. The common area is a good spot to chill. Recommended!
Cons: Quite a walk uphill from the train station, but there is a bus as well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Onsen was so relaxing and good addition (included in the price, so cheap).
Cons: Kitchen was quite full, when making dinner, but we managed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff great onsen
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The onsens, the open lounge area with a great view of outside and a variety of books and the latest newspapers to read.
Cons: A steep walk to the premises from the train station-but worth it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: In the installations, you can have the full japanese experience, sleeping in a futon with view to the mountains, a very nice outdoors onsen, the lobby is super cozy and the receptionist is very polite, helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room was a bit cold even with the heating on in February.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room for three had a nice traditional atmosphere, the futons were confortable, and K's house spring bath (onsen) was very appreciable. The living room was particularly confortable, its kotatsu perfect in winter! We also enjoyed the free tea and coffee!
Cons: The room would have looked wider if we could have opened the windows. Noisy in the morning because of maintenance work.

Pros: The staff were all very respectful, helpful and made the experience so much better. Amazing food for dinner and breakfast. Absolutely beautiful river views and literally the most comfortable futons ever. Would highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about Fukuzumiro! Staying in a traditional ryokan was an incredible experience. All the staff were so welcoming and attentive. Location was great as it was located 10 minutes away by walking from Hakone Yumoto Station. Food was delicious!! I highly recommend getting both breakfast and dinner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Both the dinner and the breakfast was excellent. It’s come in a Japanese cuisine course. The room was spacious, and the service by the staffs was excellent
Cons: Nil
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely, as was the scenery from the room. It was the first Onsen I've visited, and it was incredibly warm but very relaxing. Both the dinner and breakfast were great, although I think I preferred the dinner. The staff were very helpful, and spoke good English (with the help of an app).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I don't know where to begin. Our stay here was magical. From the view of the river to the natural onsens to our lovely host who made sure we had everything our hearts desired, this place is remarkable. We had breakfast and dinner and consider the food to be Michelin star quality (the dinner was literally our favorite meal in Japan). The traditional decor will transport you back in time and the location is easily accessible by train or bus and is also a quick walk to a nearby town. Side note, there is a great hike across the street sprinkled with shrines as you hike up to temple.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property. 130 year old Ryokan with an amazing view and delicious Japanese breakfast. Make sure you book a room overlooking the river. There is a beautiful 60s style bar, make sure to ask if it is open. The Onsens are great too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check-in was very good and staff were very friendly. We love Mami, our host for our whole stay. She was very professional and very friendly. Her attention to detail is amazing. She made our stay a truly memorable one. I highly recommend this place for the ryokan experience.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. The room was spacious and warm. There is a bus stop close by that goes to both the station and the lake.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a terrific stay here. Kana was so helpful, giving me advice on how to best organize my weekend, recommending where to eat, which onsen to visit, and what museums to visit and how to get there. My room had a great deal of personality and character. I would certainly stay here again.
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. We visited during low season so we practically have the whole house to ourselves. Kana-san the caretaker is really a wonderful lady as many others have remarked. She will be one of many reasons for us to come back and stay at this place
Cons: The room was a bit cold in january even with heater. And the positioning of bathroom was odd We had no issue during our visit as it was low season but will be a bit awkward to walk through living and dining area full of guests if visiting in high season
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel staff Kana, is very engaging. She eagerly answers questions and gives recommendations - bus to take, best route with less traffic, restaurants, onsen, hiking trails. On our last day in the hostel, she shared her lunch with us. She cooked it herself and it's delicious ! She made our stay in there memorable. Coffee and tea and free, there is even sake, for tasting :) This is an old house/structure (1914) so expecting your movements to make a little noise. Otherwise, all good - everything is clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, thr building itself is so fancy, it isbuilt in 1914! The stay in this hostel is one of the best experience . Both the male and female staffs were so friendly and helpful, they helped me to sort out all my transportation issue around Hakone and gave us many travelling tips! Sure will come back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was PERFECT!!! Kana, the owner, who is the most kind, generous and thoughtful person EVER made everything a dream. She answered promptly all my emails and made me feel safe Forget everything you think you know about Japanese Hospitality! This place deserves 5 extra stars! The best stay we had in Japan on our 30-day trip - by far!! Perfect location, cozy and intimate atmosphere, comfy bed. Everything you asked for! Do yourself a favour and book it now!!! You won't regret it!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Kana was an amazing host who gave us all the local tips about where to eat and how to get around to all the attractions we wanted to see. She also always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay in Hakone was amazing thanks to Kana at Hakone Hostel1914. She provided extremely detailed information on what to do while in Hakone and the best way to see everything in a short amount of time and avoid the crowds. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable while at the hostel and around town and booked us reservations for dinner and a private onsen. I would recommend staying here if your heading to Hakone :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Both breakfast types were good. The location is a bit remote, but it's supposed to be so that was fine. Shuttle service was great for getting into town, and inexpensive.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very high service level and the private onsen was fabulous. We enjoyed a one night stay with early check in (13:30) and that was actually sufficient.
Cons: Would have preferred a buffet for breakfast but the quality of the breakfast served was definitely not bad
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very polite. I liked being outside of town and in the forest/hills. From our outside private onsen we enjoyed the view and the contract between the hot water and the cold winter air.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is very good
Cons: No
8.8 Excellent
Pros: - Room is huge, nicely decorated and very comfortable. - Our room had a separate tatami area and a bedroom area with two beds. There were dividers between the two areas, which made it easier for the kids to go to bed earlier. - Deluxe room had a beautiful private onsen bath inside the bedroom. That was definitely the highlight of our trip.
Cons: - The only thing I would mention is that we smelled of someone smoking in the middle of the night even though it was a non-smoking property.
5.4 Okay
Pros: SPA and Onsen facilities as well as breakfast
Cons: Not a great option for a family with children. We had the deluxe room with tatami area and the sleeping option for the kids with a rather thin mattress on the floor was not great. The price is really high to sleep on the floor. The room price is above 600 euro and not worth the room. The onsen in the room and SPA was good though. The breakfast was also good. Almost everything was in Japanese and the staff spoke little english but definitely tried.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location in beautiful Hakone with wonderful onsen facilities!
Cons: The breakfast was very average
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kindess of the staff was super! Very nice people and very helpfull. We lost an suitcase in a bus and they did everything they could to help us. the hotel was clean, with a nice onsen outside. Everything was clean.
Cons: I cant think of anything what i didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and serene. Beautiful garden. Love the hot spring bath in our room. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Services, onsen and food.. If you really want to enjoy the amazing Japanese food, inspired minimalist concept and amazing Onsen this is the hotel to stay! Everything was perfect and our own onsen it was just amazing!
Cons: Everything, from the bath to our room, food, everything was perfect!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved having a hot tub on the balcony to enjoy the onsen in privacy. The hotel is in a quiet location by the lake and in addition with the very comfortable bed and pillows, you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The shared onsen area is very spacious and we greatly enjoyed it. I enjoyed selecting a yukata in my favourite colour to wear at the onsen. The breakfast and dinner included were also delicious. We noticed that the majority of the guests were quite young (maybe in their 30s) and couples or young families, mostly Japanese, which was great. There was an overall relaxed and fun atmosphere at the hotel. We would definitely return!
Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't take the hotel's shuttle bus from Odawara Station, as it was already fully booked when I requested it a few days in advance. It would have been better if we'd received a note when booking that we need to book the shuttle earlier. Even though the food was very good, it was buffet style and therefore in a busy and a bit noisy atmosphere. I would have prefered having less dishes that are served, but nonetheless we still enjoyed it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The reviews of this hotel were spot on - the food was amazing!! Also we stayed in a room with a private onsen on our balcony which was absolutely fabulous - the rooms was huge (particularly after arriving here from a tiny hotel in Tokyo!). The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the hotel is very relaxing and although we didn't, most of the other guests used the hotel provide kimono's and slippers to wander around the hotel in. We only stayed the one night as it is quite expensive but we wish we could have stayed longer, it was excellent.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely modern Japanese quiet hotel with beautiful onsen and very good breakfast and dinner. Recommend including dinner and breakfast in your booking!
Cons: It’s a little expensive if you include meals and have a private onsen on your balcony but absolutely worth every cent! Also this hotel has a no tattoos in the shared onsen policy which is fine as long as you know before booking. If you have a tattoo consider the private onsen on balcony of your room option.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice location and overall equipments Good dinner
Cons: I have asked for hiking routes and advice and frankly the answers have been very poor. It is a shame that personnel are not more aware of what exist around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All of the premises, including the public baths, were new and extremely clean.
Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU - Hakone - Building
12
8.8 Excellent (3,847 reviews)
S$ 803+
Overview Reviews
Located in Hakone, Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU is just steps from Hakone Kowakien Yunessun and 3 minutes by foot from Okada Museum of Art. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice facilities, comfortable bed.
Cons: We were told that we couldn’t eat at the hotel because it was “fully booked”. That is unacceptable - guests need to eat. Finally (after pushing) we were offered an overpriced set menu. We found the bar served ramen and sushi between 8pm and 10:30pm, so opted for that.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The onsen bathtub in the room was a nice touch, the breakfast buffet quality was much better than the dinner. The facilities are relatively new, so you do have the presentation and amenities there. The door man manning the resort front was marvelous, he always possessed a friendly disposition and meet luxury expectations.
Cons: Organization was ...abysmal. Front desk service was definitely lacking. Had to follow-up multiple times regarding communication. Our luggage was left unattended when they told us that they would bring it into our room, we could have just brought it ourselves. That whole process took an hour and they confused our luggage with someone else's. A far step below luxury service. Our breakfast was rushed because there were "no seats" and guests were told to wait in the lobby. After finally getting seated and settled (about 15min in) the dishes were pulled away. There was also a plastic BOWL in the udon soup pot; quite unhygienic and food safety standards?? I was initially disappointed that two nights were unavailable for our dates, but that worked out for the best. Do your research and check out the other ryokan/hotels in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and the ability to use the balcony onsen whenever we wanted was heaven especially since we had snow during our visit. Amazing breakfast choices, I still think about their rice bowl station to this day. We arrived a couple hours before check in but the hotel accepted our bags and even let us use the hotel shuttle bus to visit the nearby Open Air Museum to use up some time. When we returned our bags were already in our room waiting for us. Before going to this hotel I real alot of complaints from people saying what a long walk up hill it was to the property from the nearest bus stop, however the bus stop is right next to a large spa complex that actually has a connecting bridge from the 5th floor straight into the hotel which removes any need for a steep walk.
Cons: The little jazz bar in the basement floor was great but it seemed unnecessary to add a cover charge for paying guests.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the hot spring a great deal, both the public bath and the private bath in our room. Also the room is with an excellent mountain view. Breakfast was great in both quality and number of options.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far away from the center of the town, but still acceptable distance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice and clean, bigger than usual Japanese room sizes. Staff were very helpful. The view from the onsen was amazing, especially during sunrise!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice Hot springs
Cons: No

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole experience. It was nice having one staff member as our point of contact and she was the sweetest woman who made sure our stay was the best it could be. The views of the hotel and the surround town are amazing and we had such a refreshing visit during our trip to Japan. Definitely worth taking the trip to Hakone for this place!
Cons: There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We chose to walk to the location from the station and it wasn't too much of a hike. The location is easy to find and exceptionally staffed. The view and tranquility could not be beat!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, peaceful ryokan. The staff are absolutely wonderful, very warm and welcoming—meeting them was one of the best parts of our trip. The food was delicious and presentation of both dinner and breakfast was spectacular. The room was beautifully renovated as a private oasis. Highly, highly recommend a stay here!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was incredibly nice and spacious, with hot tub outside - which was the highlight. Service was impeccable.
Cons: The hotel sits a 10-12 min walk from "downtown" Hakone, and a 45 min train ride from Gora.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in November with a few caveats. The rooms were large and clean and very comfortable. There was also a lovely onsen to use which was very relaxing. Staff generally were very helpful and the location was close to a few nice small restaurants.
Cons: Most staff (except one gentleman we met) speak very little English which can make things a bit difficult. The breakfast while nice is occasionally a little small (eg 3 slices of pear counting as a portion of fruit)and what tasted like powdered scrambled eggs one day. Finally due to the landslide the T bus doesn’t currently go to the hotel so you need to get a combination of 2 different buses. I felt the hotel could have made us aware of this before we arrived, though they were helpful in booking us taxis.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved every little thing about this hotel. Especially food. I didn't really care for Japanese traditional food, gaiseki, so I was little worried about food, but here, it was unnecessary. They had French style Japanese dinner, and for breakfast, there were three choices, American, Japanese, French, so I could choose whatever I want for breakfast when I checked in (you can choose different style for each day). Service was great, room was spacious. Museums were pretty close to the hotel. I really enjoyed staying here.
Cons: It took me a little while when I was trying to check out. The line was not made, so the other lady next to me cut in line, but the staff didn't really restrict her, which made me wait more time and in result, I missed the bus. I don't try to blame the hotel about it, but just wish they organized people better next time if there are more people waiting.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were outstanding and service was excellent. Meals are very expensive but the standard is very high - think of meal time as a theatrical performance and not just a time to eat. If you do that and allow the time you will love it.
Cons: No gym.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and serene .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A high-end resort, this hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night in a room that had a private onsen, and the room was the biggest we’ve had during our trip to Japan. It felt very much like a suite. The facilities in the room are excellent. The hotel has a French-cuisine restaurant. While pricey, the food was excellent, with great service. Breakfast is either Western of Japanese style. Instead of the usual buffet you choose which style and the staff brings you the chosen type of breakfast at your table. While the amount of food included in the breakfast isn’t immense, it’s enough to start the day strong. All this does come with a cost though, so if you are planning to just crash somewhere late at night and move on in the morning, this might not be the best option. But if you’re not tight on your budget and you can take the time to enjoy the room and its facilities, this is definitely a place to recommend for a relaxing stay and to spoil yourself while visiting Hakone.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quietness, French restaurant, lounge, coffee in room, onsen.
Cons: Communication difficult without Japanese.

5.8 Okay
Pros: We liked that it was quiet and relaxing. The Japanese style rooms were spacious and the food (which you have to order in advance) was good too.
Cons: Big language barrier for tourists. Some staff were kind to explain by translating using a device, but one personnel like Ms. Y. Sato was very impolite, and more like angry when trying to communicate.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The ryokan type of hotel, the kimonos for the guests, the breakfast and dinner. The shuttle from the hotel to the railway station, town.
Cons: A bit outdated hotel but still with charm.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, I loved also the design of the hotel. Very clean.
Cons: Expensive, but so are the other hotels in the area. We were traveling with kids and they didn’t give them any food (we have been told to share our meals with them). For 500$ a night I would have expected at baby meal for the kids.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is big and quiet and the food is great.
Cons: Should give clear direction of which bus that arrives at the nearest bus stop (with bus stop name) that could get on hotel shuttle service.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is very serene and it’s amazing place to enjoy our honeymoon.
Cons: The place shows some age, may require a bit maintenance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was splendid.

Cons: I cant think of anything what i didn't like.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Lots of space in the room. The balcony looked into the nice garden. We had a car so free parking space was great.
Cons: Can clearly see the hotel is a bit aged with some furniture wear and tears. Some of the corners/top surface had dust on it. The room was in a separate building to main reception so checking out was a bit of a trek if you had luggages.

Cons: Meal choices are limited. No swimming pool

Cons: My fault, but couldn’t find the control for the room heating...meant for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep!

Pros: 2 nice little onsen pool tubs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliest staff. I’m going to miss the kotatsu.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very well localized, just by the railway and bus station, which gives you opportunity to organize nice sightseeing plans from early morning. Very nice bar area - cosy and welcoming. They offer luggage storage space which is very useful option if you plan to take the ropeway to Owakudani after check-out (which is 10am).
Cons: Toilets and showers are not so clean as I would expect. Towels smelled a bit (musty smell). Onsen does not look as good as the pictures shows. In showers area were kind of cold, which is not best if you have wet hair (our visit was in first days of February). Rooms look like they could use some renovation (I saw some renowations made in hostel ground floor, so perhaps it's on the way).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Not far from the railway station so easy to get to. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese guesthouse so this was an adventure, and we loved it. The bedding was an experience, and a long way down.... Even further getting up! But even for us over 70s it was fun. Traditional light breakfast was lovely and quite adequate. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even if the weather meant we couldn't see the sights properly from the Ropeway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
5.0 Okay
Cons: Staff stole my lunch, very very rude. Would not recommend this place.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It provided private onsen and it was exactly what we wanted. Great location. Close to train station, stores and restaurants. The staff is friendly.
Cons: Not extremely clean in Japanese standard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great - hakone is not a town more an area of many small towns and this hostel is right in the center of this area in a very cozy town. Onsens - were awesome and free to use Super clean everywhere and beautiful japanese design. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely renovated old ryokan building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view, super comfy futon, spacious room, and best of all room included use of the onsens which were indoor and private. Perfect if you want the experience but arent ready for public nudity or have tattoos. We regretted not getting the breakfast, make sure you get it cause if you're staying in the area you'll find nothing open till after 10am. The onsens were perfect too. It was so easy to get to too! Close to the Gora station.
Cons: I had no issue with anything, but things people who are extra picky might consider: squeaky floors (its a traditional building, probably been there a hot minute) and there are some spiders (large ones) in a few dark corners (you're surrounded by nature sooooo yeah unavoidable)

Pros: The hotel facilities and hotel room was excellent. The staff was also excellent.
Cons: While the dinner was beautifully presented, the ingredients could had been better for the main course.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful in advising travel routes to nearby destinations and even took into account travelling time and time at attractions to suggest our dinner seating
Cons: As some others have pointed out, there are a lot of vegetables for the dinner kaiseki (since it is the specialty). Not advisable for those who dislike vegetables.

7.1 Good
Pros: Clean. Good service. Quiet. Has futons.
Cons: Transportation is quite inconvenient. Rooms are a bit dated. Views to the outside are mostly blocked by translucent film. Pricey.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was OK, but Hakone is up in the mountains... = not city centre. Steep hills, hard to walk very far. Good hotel, clean, nice and very professional. Good French cuisine, but a little bit pricy. Very friendly pick up service and driver. Shuttle bus driver even came looking for me while I was trying to find an ATM to get some cash.
Cons: English is so so... Funny how combining Japanese perfection with French culture (restaurant). Both are superb, but the mix was good, not bad.... but .. funny? Onsen was very good, but not great. Clean, comfortable. But no option for a private family soak. (should be so easy to add a few more tubs outdoor and let guest reserve for 45 min..).
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice hotel in the area but honestly was not worth the price tag. It was nice to have a private onsen since majority of us are covered in tattoos.
Cons: Priced way too high for the lack of things in the area and in the hotel. We paid for the dinner and breakfast and it was nice for it to be in the hotel but it was all a whole lot of okay. Also, they never advised us of needing to call for a shuttle once we got to the bus station in Hakone. We walked around for a bit and realizing the hike up to the hotel for us would be too cold and when I called, they advised us that they could send a shuttle. Probably wont stay at that hotel again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast and hot spring in room
Cons: dinner
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good although a bit of a walk to Gora station. The onsen is very pretty and spacious. The lobby is very attractive and upscale looking. quiet location.
Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi - and the hotel were completely unable to sort it out when I mentioned how unreliable it was. The restaurant was very expensive so we ended up eating out for all meals. (The expense would be OK if you are traveling as a couple, but not if you are with a young child who might decide wagyu beef wasn't his thing half way through dinner...) We got a good deal to stay at this place. If we had paid anything like rack rate I would have had a complete fit.
7.0 Good
Pros: We reserved a room with a private hot springs. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was good.
Cons: The location was very confusing to get to and we got in 3 hours later than expected. Checking in late resulted in a very average check in experience. We stayed at a similar location elsewhere and it was a much more lux experience.
