Pros (+) How easy was check in
Cons (-) Hand sanitizer was out ( both by front desk and elevator). Room was dirty ( not vacuumed well) sheets for the pullout bed were dirty with what looked like dried blood on them absolutely gross! And the sheets and blankets that were in the bag in the closet for the pull out bed were obviously never replaced after the last person used them because they were balled up into the bag. Pros (+) Everything was ready on time an I was kept well informed on check in times and room status. I requested a lowest floor room possible and got a room on 1st floor. This was great because we had scheduled a very late check in and my family was really tired. We were traveling for a funeral the next day.
Cons (-) I found it hard to get into. The hotel is easy to see, but you have to turn into the access road for the airport terminal.
