Pros: It's a pay by the hour motel. You get what you pay for. For what and where it is, it's okay. I don't see how giving the lowest ratings gets this place 2.5 stars.
Cons: This is a pay by the hour motel. Not a place Americans would normally stay. Definitely not the part of town a foreigner chooses to be. This motel borders a favela. Unless you have been to Rio before ...
