Superb customer service. The building is brand-new and the rooms are big and clean. All the staff went out of their way to make my staying pleasant and enjoyable. 5 stars, without a doubt.
Breakfast could have been a little bit better, with more and fresher options. But to be fair, I did show up very late in the morning.
Lots of options for breakfast, good size ensuite, welcoming staff
a little noisy through the door into the corridor
Location was excellent for Termini. At the same time the area was attractive. The buffet breakfast was satisfying. Staff in the restaurant didn't hover as some can do - a big plus in my book. The building was attractive. The room felt private. And it was wonderfully quiet despite facing a main thorougfare.
Lack of sockets. Might sound petty, I know. But there wasn't a single socket. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. More towels would have helped, and proper bath towels, not face towels.
Access to the public transport
I have got a very small room which you could clearly see fungus in bathroom arias and dust in all the corners of the room. breakfast was acceptable although the dishes everything was served were still wet. The coffeeshop was so smelly that we could not seat there .
Location was excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions and right beside the Opera House. Metro literally 2 mins walk away which we took to the Vatican. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault our room it overlooked the Opera House with a small balcony which you could stand on and watch the world go by! Plenty of towels and toiletries and hot water. I was apprehensive after reading other reviews, however, couldn't fault it.
Breakfast was typical continental, lots of fruit, yogurts, meat etc. I'm very fussy so literally had tea and toast! My husband enjoyed it however and there was a great variety of Twinnings teas to choose from
