Lotte City Hotel Guro

Ver clean and gym was good enough.

Buffet wasn’t good at quality. They should serve better food instead variate one that you not sure what they are. Need put in bigger cup or mugs for coffee. Too small cup I have to 4-5 times back and forth to get coffees.

Everything! The staff were incredible; I have anxiety but I felt comfortable approaching them about questions I thought were silly, they were informative and really eager to help it seems. The hotel was immaculate all the time, with a great atmosphere. I have plush toys to help with my anxiety and every day I would come back from rushing to see everything in Seoul to my room made up, the cleaning beyond perfect and my toys displayed neatly on my bed, it was so relaxing to have that. I will note on the last day, the staff member who was responsible for all this approached me, and said she appreciated the efforts I made to make her job easier. Just an overall perfect experience! The view was indescribable, the room was easy to access (right next to the lifts) and I barely heard a sound the entire time I was staying there! I especially loved the convenience of the local emart being right around the corner (in both directions thankfully, if you’re liable to get lost like I am) and that within a few minutes you’re at the subway which was also within perfect distance of a few restaurants. There was even a direct bus from Incheon to the hotel, and even though I was leaving from Gimpo, and there wasn’t a bus for that, the staff were really helpful and showed me which route was quickest and easiest. I’m definitely coming back to korea, for other reasons, but Lotte City Hotels will be the first place I check before I book!

The only thing I should mention is the gym was a little small, and didn’t have that much equipment, just for cardio. Other than that, I cannot fault the staff nor the hotel!
