Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal a mixed experience at the hotel. Many guests appreciated the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the beach, and felt that it provided good value for the price. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, with several guests mentioning rude or unhelpful staff and issues at reception. Cleanliness was another concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and facilities. The pool area received both positive and negative feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others found it lacking or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location and value were highlights, significant improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
