The choice of food was really, really lovely. You had the option of eating at a few a la carte restaurants, and the beach restaurant too. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We were given a room with a sea view, which was gorgeous.
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful right to the time that we left. They had wonderful animation programs for all ages. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to a few of my friends. One of the animation staff, Oscar, was extremely helpful and friendly and I give an extra shoutout to him.
Nothing! It was perfect
We were visiting from the U.S. and so we are comparing the King's Palace to all-inclusive Carribean resorts and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Overall, we were highly satisfied and had a fantastic trip. The territory of the hotel is not huge but even at maximum occupancy in July, there was enough room for everyone at the pool, beach, restaurants, etc.. It was important for us to have a clean, sandy beach: while the sea is not the same lighter aqua blues of the Carribean, but the golden beach was clean, there was no seagrass or pollution of any sort, the waves were very gentle and there is a long stretch of shallow waters perfect for kids (a bit cooler than in the Gulf of Mexico but still very pleasant). The staff is great, very polite and eager to please; the few complaints that I had were quickly fixed. The whole place is spot-clean. German is the most commonly spoken language, but almost all staff members are multilingual. We were pleased with the food choices and variety, although a bit disappointed with fruit (apples, pears, peaches, and apricots were tasteless and rock hard). Made us miss all the gorgeous tropical fruit and smoothies we typically enjoy during our beach trips. Kids' club does not office very extensive programming and their space is not great, but during the hours that they were open, our kids did enjoy the activities and mini discos (esp. Miss Eda). The kids' club is not open during dinner hours which we loved as an option at other resorts. Some of the nightly shows were spectacular (although a couple of nights were cheesy). Overall, we were pleased with our hotel choice and enjoyed our beach vacation
Provide better fruit; offer a more upgraded kids' club with an interior room and longer programming hours
Very well located. This hotel has everything you need and caters for the entire family. The staff are amazing. They even catered for our special request.
There is nothing not to like!!!
Outstanding property with outstanding staff. Very well appointed rooms with magnificent view. The staff, and each and every one of them were very friendly and caring. Excellent service. English could be a problem, but can be managed.
Nestled on the beach, this Side property is 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Side West Beach and 2.7 mi (4.3 km) from Aquapark. Süral Shopping Center is 2.4 mi (3.8 km) away.
