Early check in cost an extra A$110.00 which seemed excessive. When we requested this we were not warned of this cost. Apart from this the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were efficient & helpful. The hotel was a long way from central Singapore but bus services nearby were efficient. Low cost meals available nearby.

Pros (+) We were staying at the Sofitel Sentosa before we move to Mercure Roxy as a pit stop before heading to the airport. We were very disappointed with the services at the Sofitel Sentosa so we didnt expect much from Mercure Roxy. However the front desk surprised us with their professional and friendly services and acknowledgement of their guests needs. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was fantastic as ...

Pros (+) The room is very nice and clean. We stayed at another hotel near downtown with similar price but the room is very old and not as clean. I would definitely recommend friends to stay at Grand Mercure over the other place
