Pros (+) Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast left much to be desired but free is free.
Cons (-) The night manager criticized the day manager unnecessarily even though he was able to fix the issue. No customer should need to be informed of personal discontent over the prior managers mistake. Simply apologize on behalf of the company, fix the issue and move on. Pros (+) The free breakfast was very complete with many options to choose from
Cons (-) I reserved a king bed, but when I got to hotel, was given 2 regular size beds and the end of the hall. It was apparent that the hotel was not full, so the only reason I can find is that I booked with a discounted service, therefore I did not get the room I requested.

Pros (+) They were able to change the date to Saturday after I made the mistake of reserving it for Sunday, the staff was very professional and nice.
Cons (-) The room smelled like someone left the window open when it rained so it had a wet carpet smell
