I found the rooms to be reasonably comfortable. The bathrooms appeared to be a little cramped. The staff were amazing. The location was excellent. Several transport options were available near location.

Pros (+) Location was great - short walk to the nearest train station that takes you to most places you would want to go to in Tokyo.
Cons (-) Hotel is a little dated. Plus, the room we were in was quite small all things considered.

Pros (+) The location, the staff and the room was excellent. We were close to the subway and to many great eateries. The room was spacious and accommodated the four of us comfortably. We were very happy with the hotel.
Cons (-) The air conditioning system blows directly onto the beds which made the room and sleeping quite cold.
