Pros: Staff. Overall they were pretty helpful and polite, spoke English good enough to communicate. Location is great. Close to some sightseeings, subway supermarkets, mall, restaurants. You can reach the tallest building riding a bicycle. A number of restaurants in the hotel, expensive but decent. No idea about breakfast though, didn't have it. Nice view, big windows in the room. Swimming pool is ok to cool down, clean. But only 1.2 - 1,6 meters deep. Gym has a nice view as well, but the swimming pool faces construction area at the moment. Towels, slippers, hairdryer, toiletaries are all provided at the pool's shower.
Cons: Deposit amount. I'd prefer to be informed in advance that I have to deposit amount twice as much as I am supposed to pay for the whole booking.

Cons: We stayed in a room for three, but there was no linen for a third person. When they asked for linen, they brought only a pillow and a blanket. Had to sleep on a towel. The cleanliness of the room is also not at the 5 * level (see photo). It is necessary to clean at least once every three months behind the bedside tables.

Pros: Location is very central. Metro station is about 5 minutes walking distance away. Very nice view of the city skyline and Shenzhen in general.
Cons: Room felt moist and had a moldy smell to it. Turning in the AC made it even worse. There's signs of usage on all of the furniture and especially on the bathroom facilities.

Pros: Pretty responsive staff, good. Locations plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to subway station.
Cons: The hotel use cheapest possible toiletry. The tooth paste actually taste bitter. I took a shower upon arrival and the plug in the bath tub is not working resulting a pool of water accumulate in the tub. They quickly fix it. But it is annoying.
One more thing that is worth mentioning, if you reserved a non-smoking room, good luck getting one with cigeratte smell. I have to change the room twice cause as it happens their customers has no regards to the non-smoking requirement. They smoke whenever wherever they want.

Cons: Not many halal food nearby. Weather was too humid and hot for us to walk around during that time. Not all the guys at the front door were friendly and helpful. One particular guy was great, he went out to hail a taxi for us. The other guy insist we pay to him the taxi fair which we thought was a bit too expensive. When we said no to the price, he got irritated and angry with us. We decided to find our own metered taxi at the main road and of course it was cheaper than the quotated one.

Cons: Although my room rate was quite reasonable (possibly due to corporate negotiations, all of the on site restaurants are ridiculously expensive. Dinner can easily cost an much for one person as the nightly room rate, and it would be impossible for two to eat dinner for less than the nightly rate.

Pros: The langham hotel in shenzhen is one of the places you always want to come back too . I have the privilege to sleep in many high level hotels around the world and I can tell you I didn’t choose the Langham shenzhen as my second home when I’m at my china office for no reason . The Buisness lounge is one of the best Buisness lounges in hotels I ever been too including the meeting rooms and sitting area . The staff are amazing and warm from queen bee the manager Tina that do everything for you . To emma that always taking care of you , To the conssiege that always look out for you . Candy in the Buisness lounge and her team . Amy room cleaning manger that even iron my shirts without me asking her and didn’t accept a very big tip I offered ! That is service !! Pros: The staff was highly attentive, friendly and professional: in the restaurants, at the reception, in the bar, in the gym or at the entrance. I can hardly find any need for improvement. Although located in a busy city and at a large road, it was amazingly quite in the room. If I really had to make a suggestion, I would expect the concierge a better knowledge of the city and the main spots. Otherwise, great place, strongly recommendable!

Cons: The room furniture are OLD and TV is still the old boxy type plus is twitching nonstop. There's only 1 reception at the lobby even though the Check-In queue is long.

Pros: The location was perfect. All travels was done via mtr and it was very convenient. Dongmen street was around the corner.
Cons: For a long stay of 5 days the breakfast really get boring. It needs to change every 2/3 days to make it interesting. The staff was great the language barrier is a problem to understand. My recommendation would be get some excellent English speaking staff. At least 1 by reception.

Cons: Stinks of Smoke - we booked a non smoking room many floors below the smoking floor, reported the smell of smoke was unbearable and someone must be smoking on our floor - staff basically said there was nothing they can do ! I asked why the smoke detectors didnt go off - they said there had to be tons of smoke for this to happen, so I guess if you have a small fire in your room or maybe a BBQ then its fine, sounds like the fire alarms do not work - now that is worrying - Will never stay again - Hyatt really ?

Pros: The excellent staff, good breakfast.. staff take good care to ensure their guests enjoy a comfortable stay at their property at all times. During our recent stay, we had issues with the internet speed at our room & duty manager himself brought the IT manager to our room to fix the issue. They really take care of their customer needs & one can expect excellent service from them even providing housekeeping services in late-night hours if needed... On our last stay, I had the opportunity to meet both the duty manager - one on the day & the other at night shift - Mr Xavier & Mr Wayne they are really good n they always do their best to extend great hospitality to their guest. I have been a repeat customer in this property for several years now & it would be my home while I travel next to Shenzhen. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this property to any business or leisure guest who intend to visit Shenzhen.

Pros: The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The manager Jay was really accommodating, Jason the bell boy really went the extra mile helping with translation at a local air ticket stall and the local grocery store. + i got a room upgrade when checking in

Pros: The breakfast was good, the staff very attentive, the hotel was very clean and quiet despite being centrally located.
Cons: No complaints, really. My first night I was bothered by cigarette smoke coming from a nearby room, and when mentioned this, the hotel staff immediately apologized and moved me to a nicer room on a non-smoking floor.
