Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many found the location to be convenient, close to the beach or city attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, insects, and old bedding. Some reviews also highlighted issues with noise, particularly at night, and a few noted that the breakfast and food selection were average. Overall, while service and location were strong points, cleanliness and noise were significant concerns.
