4.2 Okay
Pros: The building is beautiful and the artwork quite lovely. The public spaces are nice and the location, right next to a park and in walking distance to most tourist sites is terrific.
Cons: The rooms have been neglected for many decades. When did I last see a sculpted avocado green wall to wall rug? Maybe in 1970? And without a fitted sheet or mattress pad, the bed became full of wrinkles and quite uncomfortable. But by far the worst thing about this hotel was the service-or lack thereof. Our room was not made up the first day we were there until we returned from a long day of exploring the city in the late afternoon. When we ordered coffee through room service it took three days for the tray to be removed. When we asked for a bucket of ice in our room it took three calls to finally get some. The staff is either on strike or has never been trained.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was centrally located a few blocks from the Cathedral and from the main street where we took a tour bus. The customer service was excellent, the restaurant with mariachis gave us a good impression and the food was really great. We had breakfast there and even the café de olla was really good. The room with a beautiful view was very quiet , it has a nice living room and we got sleepers and all kind of supplies: toothbrush, shower cap , shaver, sewing kit and so on.
Cons: n/a

Pros: Your property is great. The location is a great location. The food at the restaurant is so delicious! The staff all around is great. I am a big fan of spicy salsa and at restaurant was super. The city is the greatest colonial city that we had we ever seen and we been all over the world.
Cons: The only reason is that we didn’t’ stay long enough but we plan to go back sometime in the future.

Pros: Beautiful property! The location is great, right in the heart of the city. It's a big property, sort of like a hacienda or small village square, it's pretty cool. Not the standard building with 4 floors. Staff are friendly and helpful and always ready to laugh and bring joy to the day. Sunday brunch was delicious. They treat you well. We'd stay there again.
Cons: The bathroom sink area was dark, hot and humid, pushed back into a closet type area. Beds and pillows were a bit firm as well.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Place is beatiful, close to downtown, big and comfortable rooms, very polite service people.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location and friendly helpful staff
Cons: NO HOT WATER for the 2 days of our stay. Despite reception trying to do what they could. This has to be one of the basics for a hotel and with Zacatecas dropping to 3 degrees overnight, showering in tepid water was a real issue.
7.0 Good
Pros: Large room, great central location
Cons: Shower not hot enough, room a bit dark, highly perfumed odor from cleaning products (but they did stop using it on request)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to attractions and plenty of dining options.
Cons: Advertised as with parking but you’ll have to go park somewhere else.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent Location. Vintage/Historic hotel. The afternoon concierge who checked us in was excellent and attentive. Amazing Water pressure! It was like showering in a waterfall.
Cons: As an older hotel is a bit worn. Internet signal in the rooms away from the lobby was pretty bad even with three different options available, and even in the lobby it would come and go sometimes. The night clerk seemed exasperated by any interruption of his TV watching. Only parking is on the street in front of the hotel, but the tourist zone of Zacatecas is a very clean with a high police presence so it feels as safe as private lots in most Mexican cities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. AC, Shower & staff Hector, Miguel, Monica & Martina were excellent!!
Cons: No microwave or small fridge or keyless entry.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Close to the cathedral, restaurants and shops. Room was nice and clean and beds quite comfortable. Room had a balcony that overlooked the street which was nice - till the time I went to bed.
Cons: At least the concierge should b able to speak English, French... They probably have some foreign customers. Shower stall has a chap aluminum surround and it really does degrade the rest of the interior. Noise from the street. You can not have it all. Nice during the day and th evening but noisy during the night! I am a coffee drinker and like to have mine just after I get up! Unfortunately they don't have anything in the room to help you out with the craving. However they have the micro down by th reception or Starbucks near by.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Right in the centre of town so easy to access all attractions on foot. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly staff. Tea and coffee in reception area. Good value for money. Very clean.
Cons: Safe deposit box very small -couldn’t fit our iPad. Water in shower was never hot but cold on our last evening and following morning. Staff tried to fix but without success.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the price. The room we booked was perfect for the party of 5
Cons: Suggestion only perhaps to install another lock in the entrance door.
6.3 Good
Pros: Standard room, comfortable bed, but the best thing was fleece or flannel sheets and plenty of blankets as the room was frigid. Staff was friendly although little English spoken. WiFi worked well
Cons: There is no heat in the hotel and mid December temperatures were close to freezing. The room was an icebox. The next morning I discovered an open window hidden behind the shower door that was open all night. The maid opened it again the second day, but I was wise to her tricks and closed it so the room was a little more bearable. Still, I spent all free time in the room under the covers. It wouldn’t cost the hotel much to invest in small portable heaters to achieve happier guests. I’ve been in probably 1000 hotel rooms but have never encountered a smaller and more cramped bathroom. One could only stand in the doorway to access the toilet or the wash basin from an angle. Squeezing past the toilet to get in and out of the shower was difficult and unsafe. Shower water was lukewarm at best.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is excellent. Location is very good. Rooms are well equipped and very good for the price. Would recommend 100%.
Cons: Guests tend to be noisy (although this is not the hotel’s fault and they try to quiet them down when asked to), furniture is a little old, makes some noise, but is useful enough, wifi was slow at times.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location is just a block from downtown but you do not have the noise or hassle of it. Nearby restaurants offer local food that is pretty good at good prices. I have two rooms one of them with balcony with a really good view of the cathedral and mountains at night.
Cons: That you need to pay with cash, I am used to travel with just small amounts of cash and rather pay with credit card.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: You could not ask for any nicer owners and staff and a hotel that close to the center of town but just far enough not to be bothered by noise from the busy streets! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Cons: The acoustics of an older building will carry the noise of guests and unfortunately guests think they have to carry the noise of the festive nightlife from the streets into their rooms! It would help if the owner posted a quiet time in the hotel of 11pm.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Value for what you get. Super spacious rooms. Best location of all.
Cons: They ask for a Deposit in cash which is a very outdated practice. The Deposit requirement is not mentioned anywhere in the Property Profile.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The internet was ok
Cons: Cleanliness - rooms were super dirty and old. First room assigned smelled like urine and had no ventilation. Hairs everywhere - even in the second room assigned. Stains on sheets. Hallways had the same trash from the first day I got there until checkout, instead of picking up the trash and laundry garments, the staff just tosses it to the hallway. NO hot water. Staff was super unfriendly, the reception manager told me there was nothing ha could do about the rooms being dirty because he was not the one that cleans them. Bell boy was DRUNK when he greeted me. The food we were served during dinner was stale and obviously reheated from a prior meal. There is zero privacy in the rooms, walls are paper thin and maintenance is done at early hours of the AM without any regard for the guests. Oh and after my checkout I had a big scratch on my car, but of course the hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicles. DO NOT STAY HERE
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: View the all city at night
Cons: The room, service staff, bad meals
5.0 Okay
Cons: Check in process was the longest I’ve experienced in my travels. Rooms are old and dingy. My family was charged for breakfast even tho booking.com stated it was included.

Pros: The rooms
Cons: It needs a heater
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Everything is separated: rooms, restaurant

Pros: Rooms have kitchen and a small dinning table so if you want to save money you can cook.

Cons: n/a
