Clean accommodation in great location

The location was very good next to Rossio square. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had french windows and a small Juliette balcony. It was nice to have toiletries.

The room was quite small but it was only for sleeping so not an issue.

No air conditioning and impossible to leave windows open. The external bathroom was quite inconvenient. It was very noisy with doors banging at night.

It is really close to the center, receptionist was really kind, the cleaner changed the towels every day. There are nice and cheap places in the near where you can have good breakfast :)

When we arrived at night, we were really disappointed, because the pics on the booking.com are much better than in reality. Next day we went to discover the city and then we felt, doesn't matter how look like the accomodation, it was close to everything, actually we would stay longer, if we could :) But it is really basic, so according to the price is okay :)

Great location, close to public transportation, metro, buses and trains. You also have a Macdonald's, a burger king and a supermarket nearby.

Opening times for a kitchen. Because during day we were sightseeing so we couldn't use the kitchen in the evening or very morning time.

The location is perfect, right on the rossioplace. 100 m from the metro. In 30 minutes by metro from the station. Alltough in the middle of the city no noise. I would go back. For the price best place in town

Pratical and independent

The accommodation is simple and clean (I had fresh towels and sheets daily), and most conveniently located for central Lisbon and Rossio Station (for Sintra) and about 20 mins walk to Cais do Sodre Station (for Belem and Cascais). Although not modern and somewhat basic, it is very clean and well located, and outstanding value for money.

The shower dwindled to a trickle. The area on the corner of Rossio Square below the hotel seems to be a hang out place for some of the locals with a lot of time on their hands. I found this a little intimidating at first, but actually I had no problems at all over a six-night stay.

It's a very lovely room, however, the water pressure is very weak and there's a lot of noise from the street. Also, there's no fan or air-conditioning.

The location is central, near the Rossio metro station. It's clean and has a good wi fi. That's all you need.

Later in the evening, there are some people sleeping outside in the square, and you fell a bit uncomfortable passing by.

The check in went really well and the place is in a good location! The receptionist was helpful a lot!

Nothing I didn't like. Seems like the walls are not soundproofed, but it was still quiet at night.

Location is great-near elevator, walking distance to seaside and many cafes, coffee shops. Staff was helpful.

It is a bit difficult to find the first time, coming from the metro. Great for a one night stay. There wasn't any heat or A/C in the small room, but I was flying out early the next day, so, no big deal.

The location is excellent for central Lisbon. The accommodation is simple and clean and very good value for money.

Very clean, the fresh bedding smelled lovely. The guy on reception was really helpful and very kind. It is more like a hostel, although I had my own bathroom. The location is good for getting around Lisbon. The price was excellent!

The location at first was a little intimidating, there are quite a few people drinking and rough sleeping but it was a actually ok and the place seems to have good CCTV.

I requested two single beds and the room was a one double bed.

The location was very close to the Metro, train station and restaurants.

Bathroom was in the hall but that was what I booked. No hair dryer.

I didn't have time to try the breakfast. Unfortunately, I ca'nt say mutch about it. But as averything was fine at the hotel, I believe the breakfast is good too.

There wasn't an elevator at the hotel. Thanks god I wasn't with my heavy luggage. But it seems like no hotels have elevators in lisbon.

Fantastic location, simple (and a little dated) but clean and perfect for sleeping and leaving your stuff while you explore this fantastic city! There was a portable heater in the room if you need it. Noisy area but you’ll get that when you’re in the middle of everything, nearby streets settled about 10.30/11pm

The steps! Not their fault, but after a long day walking around the hills and steps those last few flights of stairs aren’t fun!

Clean, functional and good location.

We had roomnumber 211, down the building lived a girl/woman who was constantly screaming and yelling, even in the night. It sounded a bit as if she was in a constant fight with someone, she screamed in Portugese. The first night it scared us really much (numerous times around 3 am) after that we got a bit used to it.

I ike the location of the hotel.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. It's at the very heart of Lisbon within a 3/5 minute walk from Rossio train station. Great money value. The whole building is very old but it has its charm. I enjoyed the view from the window, felt very "Lisboeta".

When I arrived there I couldn't find the exact place, and once I did, there was no one at the reception. But I think it's because the check-in time was an hour later, even though I updated it in the app. Very tiny bathroom.

Housekeeping staff espacially an old lady is really working by heart to keep clean and hygienic.

The sleepingromm and bathromm are sooo small ! But it works.

You should not expect a lot of comfort for the price but it is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Better than many other similarly priced hotels in Lisbon. There is in option to store your luggage for some time if you want to spend the rest of the day in Lisbon after checkout and then pick up the luggage later. They got free WiFi which worked very well. Rooms are equipped very differently but overall there's everything you need.

Hotel is close to a a metro station and located very centrally, however, the surrounding area is not nice at all. There's an army of drug dealers and homeless people all over the place and it is very noisy. Not the hotel's fault though.

Use of kitchen as and when wanted to.

Cleanliness, location and best reception! They are so friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It is so close to metro Rossio and train station. Also close to Rossio square... I recommend 1-2 nights only. Because it is cheap and the quality is normal...

Neighbourhood was terrible! Many homeless and refugee people next to hotel. At night they sale drugs and some stuff. So it was so noisy at night. I could not sleep well. Pension was so old. Shower was so small. They dont have hairdryer, TV and AC!

The location was great, close to Rossio Square but everything in the hotel was heard. Every time someone opened the door , it was soo loud, or even when someone was couging in the next room, I could hear it. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

I like the location, very near the city center. I like the balcony, though on our last night, people on the street were noisy. The hotel is near a laundrymat so we were able to do laundry late at night. The front desk personnel were friendly though there were times that there was no one there.

The shower is very small for big people. Room is simple, 2 chairs and 2 side tables and cabinet. Wish they would add more tables for the luggages. No free drinking water. No hot water for coffee in the morning. No elevator and no one to help with the luggages to the 3rd floor.

The location was great. Really central which means we had easy access to all the main locations on foot.

Being in the city centre there was a lot of noise at times.

Pedro was lovely. The location was great. The cost is unbeatable. The maid service was wonderful.

The door to the shower was broken and the shower head was as well. Very inconvenient.
