The studio room was superb and also the view from the room. The location is perfect.

The staff at check in. There was litter in the room.

Staff at desk not able to deal with simple requests had to be dealt with through guest services and initially would not even dial the appropriate extension for us.

Comfortable bed, light excluding curtains, very useful small kitchen area,good bathroom. Staff courteous.

Awful view from bedroom window, sitting area of room very dark. Not enough staff on reception for booking in felt rather like a queue waiting for tickets. Housekeeping took 30 mins to respond to request .

The room was excellent and very comfortable. However I found the pillows were too soft - apart from that I like everything else about the room.

Breakfast was not included in the room price and I thought the breakfast was overpriced. We eat breakfast close by on the Southbank rather than at the hotel and found it to be much cheaper. Also the quality of where we ate our breakfast was very good.

New, well appointed, comfortable, convenient.

Price of a room almost doubled in less than a month. Would only stay there again at the price I paid in May; 125gbp vs 225gbp a night.
