Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.
I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin
You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders
It was ok, but not what it was like 20 years ago
This was the worst flight I’ve been on. Getting on the plane where is was 30 degrees outside was hotter on board cabin must’ve been 33 degrees. This is a health hazard. They cannot be doing this to save on fuel. People could die from this!!. Fans and a/c was, off entertainment was off. Poor excuse given. Crew made the excuse that the system didn’t have enough power. They basically were operating on one engine to save on jet fuel till 3 hours later on cruising altitude and they then started the second engine. And finally the cabin was cooled. On a 7hour red eye flight this made it so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep.
Excellent as always, I won't fly to Australia, and back to the US on any other airline. The flight crew is always top notch, and have a way to make one feel extra special. Thank you for your service, I would rate Qantas Airways a 10+.
The wifi was out. Otherwise it was great flight. Richard, as CSM, was excellent.
Planes was old - business class seats looked like they were installed in the 80s
The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!
flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded
Old plane nothing worked no charging facilities for phones etc
New month and no new movies. Qantas has lost the plot
Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth
From the start of my vacation at Logan Airport, Boston it was chaotic. I'm praying my flight home is better .I'm grateful that we landed safe
Kayak and Aran grant issuing business class tickets without lounge access and sometimes 1 or 2 connections in economy class. It’s very disappointing to find out that after buying the ticket. Never buy tickets on kayak and Aran grant again
we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!
Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience. The new airport is fantastic, as is the new lounge, a huge upgrade from the old airport and lounge!
Etihad broke my suitcase Also over charged me for luggage
Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.
I could not book in online at all which is what I always do to secure a window seat which is my preference.
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Bad. After 3 hours on tarmac, flight got cancelled. No assistance whatsoever from BA.
Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.
The "new" configuration Club class provides a fantastic experience - a private pod, with great design and plenty of room to spread out. In addition, the cabin service was beyond excellent, and the food was great. Thank you for this sector, BA - it was worth every penny.
