Pros (+) The food was the best we've had at any resort. The grounds were gorgeous and staff mostly friendly.
Cons (-) We weren't aware that there were different levels of all-inclusive, which made some situations awkward. We were completely ignored at the villa marina and wonder if it was due to a lack of tip the first day (we were locked out of our safe). Also, any time there was an issue with our room (locked out of safe, remote needed batteries, etc.) it took several calls and lengthy time frames to get a resp...
