Estanplaza Nacoes Unidas

Very well located, close to Avenida Nações Unidas, a backbone to cross São Paulo and access every region. The Estanplaza is a nice Hotel, with noise level incredibly low. Nice bedroom, nice King size bed. Nice living room. Loved the rotary TV table that can be used either at the living room or bedroom.

At the check out moment, the cashier wanted to charge us an extra tax (like US$20) for my wife, as she was telling us the room rate was for a single person. I explained that I made reservations thru Booking.com and the rate I was paying was referring to 2-people. There was a rate for 3-people (my son was in Sao Paulo that night and he could stay there also) which I didn't use. The Booking.com rate only was accepted after I show to the cashier, my Booking.com printout. Everything was dealt with care and education, but having to show proof of my words annoyed me. In some way, communication between Booking.com and Estanplaza is not working.
