No hot water, Internet wouldn¿t work, room door handle broken, tv cut in and out. Combo with a residence inn as well. Horrible experience.
Brutal place for the price. Nice ball fields though, nicest part about it.
After long day on the road it was nice to find a hotel with actual food service. :). Woman working the Bistro was great, friendly and cheerful, even at 9:30 at night.
Was a tad off the main highway...would never find it without GPS. Outside was rather dark which might be a problem for some people, especially lone women in such a secluded location. Might want to add some lights to front.
Even though the heater kept the room at the temp setting it was blowing cool air. How it kept the room temp I have No clue because I always Felt cold with the cool air blowing
Staff were great. Having an onsite bistro was also great!
Bathroom was old and not designed for plus-sized people. Needs renovating. Bigger tub and shower. Sofa very uncomfortable. TV in weird location, cannot view TV from Bed. Bed matress hangs off platform, not solid foundation. Room should be redesigned
Location! My son had a baseball tournament on site. Free breakfast with a tournament. If no virus situation, it would have been great! Instead they gave it to us in a to go box.
Pool temp cold, staff not friendly and some rude. Was told my hotel that it was a queen sleeper sofa and it was only a twin. Luckily my daughter could sleep on the floor on the couch cushion. The amenities were not very available due to the virus regs
Location! My son had a baseball tournament on site. If the virus regs weren't in place, the breakfast would have been great.
The staff at the desk was not friendly and a bit rude at times. I was told the sofa bed was a queen and it was only a twin. Luckily my daughter could sleep on the sofa cushion on the floor. Amenities were tough with the virus regs.
Facility was clean
the room wS freezing cold and no one showed up to fix it.
I'm still in shock that Harford County has such a nicely appointed hotel. Fantastic staff, easily accessible computers in the lobby, good shower, linens, beautifully appointed and squeaky-clean room and hallways.
The bed had a memory-foam mattress which isn't my favorite but some will love it.
The staff was very courteous and professional
The good in the bistro was below average. I ordered hash browns with my eggs and instead I was served stale left over steak fries that were cold.
Off season bargain with real amenities.
No healthy options at breakfast.
