Lovely room, very comfortable bed and lovely few of the hillside! Adie and Mandi were great, really friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast too! Highly recommend.
Really comfy bed and the most lovely of hosts!
Breakfast was first class and the owners very friendly and helpful. The Room was ideal, lovely furniture and a great Bed, all in we were delighted and would recommend the House to anyone. Should we head for Ambleside again we would stay at Brantfell House.
I can't think of anything that would spoil our short stay at Brantfell House.
Lovely B & B with great hosts Mandy and Adie, nothing was too much trouble and they were a mile of information. It was pouring with rain when we arrived but Adie took the trouble to move his car and direct us to park our cars on his back yard rather than leave ours on the street. The B & B was spotless and although we had the small double rooms they were adequate for our one night stay and the bed was to die for! Soooo comfy I didn't want to get up in the morning! We had a lovely evening out in Ambleside and Mandy and Adie recommended some places to eat and we ended up at the Priest Hole on steak night and it was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Brantfell to anyone visiting Ambleside and we would stay again without a doubt.
