Location is very good, beautiful historical historical building.
Included breakfast is weak. Dry scrambled eggs, but a nice salad bar.

The room was spacious
Hotel didn't meet my expectations. The staff were a bit stiff and the room styling is not worthy of a 5 star traditional hotel.

What a fabulous building !! It is in an excellent position for the train station and for walking to all the attractions that Amsterdam offers. The staff are very friendly and looked after us very well, even wrote and lovely card and gave us a bottle of fizz and balloons as we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We had great room service and the best pasta prawns with basil that I have ever tasted !! We will definitely stay here again :-)
