The hotel had leaks everywhere and smelled musty. The hotel reception was awful.

Pros (+) Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) In the morning I went to take a shower and the water was luke warm to cold. I ran it for 4 or 5 minutes and it never got any warmer. Breakfast buffet was supposed to start at 6 am. However, the staff was not fully ready at that time - no eggs and other items were not out yet. They did cook eggs to order for us because of the delay.

Pros (+) The hotel was as expected for a Double Tree. Very nice place!
Cons (-) The hotel was under staffed. We traveled in for a sporting event (the hotel was sold out), yet the front desk was short staffed and they were only running one shuttle to downtown.
