Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. Many reviewers also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, noting issues such as unpleasant odors, old furnishings, and lack of thorough cleaning. Noise from the corridors and other rooms was a common complaint, as was the small size and outdated condition of some rooms. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.
