Pros: Closeness to Lift up to 3 vallees
Cons: The owner was really not that friendly , did not allow us to take ice to rooms when we asked ( except by buying a drink at the bar ) and did not ask us again if we had everything we needed .We had a very basic continental breakfast with no additional breakfast to order , despite asking and I would have paid for it .But I guess thats what you get for 2 stars .

Pros: Very good location. Really close to the lift that leads to Maribel, so there is No need to take care everyday to go to ski.
Cons: There is an information on booking that they take deposit by the credit card. Imagine my surprise when they wanted to write down in some notebook all the details of my credit card so they can use it in case deposit will be used! This is unacceptable! Pros: Liked the clean and tidy apartments and the steam room / sauna / Leisure area.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Understaffed and unfriendly (possibly due to under staffing). So stretched they could not even provide an extra blanket for our child. Restaurant service v poor/slow. Fondue unlit, no bread for it despite reminders from us. Don’t go too late for breakfast as there will be little to eat.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location great and friendly staff and a bit of that old fashioned golden age of skiing feel to it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a ski trip to the Three Valleys. Away from the crowds in the main resorts and s simple gondola ride to Meribel.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Savoy hotel is in a good location in Brides les Baines since it is close to the majority of restaurants and a short walk to the gondola to Meribel. Also, the hotel was easy to find and the breakfast in the morning was decent.
Cons: There were a few things about the hotel that could have been better, but we stayed here because of the cheap price compared to the hotels at the ski resorts. The hotel could have been kept up a bit better and you were supposed to keep your ski equipment in the room downstairs. However, we did not want to do this since it was a shared location and anyone from the outside could enter the room, which made us worried someone would steal our gear. Instead we kept our stuff locked in the car. Brides les Baines was a good place to stay since we tried to keep the cost reasonable, but the area was pretty quiet and old compared to the resorts. If I could find a reasonable price at the resorts, I would stay there instead. Also, there was no snow when we were in Brides les Baines in March.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Explanation of how breakfast was served rather than have to work it out for ourselves. Dinner menu somewhat confusing. Ski room filthy. Hotel is very dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very welcoming helpful staff and confortable Rome .Good breakfast .

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice river side room, clean, the spa is simple but great
Cons: The mattress should be changed The breakfast is a little overpriced

Our spa treatments with hammam, sauna, heated swimming pool, and hot tub have been entrusted to the Cinq Mondes brand.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Our room was not cleaned. We didnt have towels, we asked for them. The staff was flexible. The breakfast ended at 9:30AM!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good central location in Brides les Bains. Facilities are good and reasonably priced. Nice indoor pool on the smallish size, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all good. Good sized and comfortable bed rooms, good night sleep. Spacious lounges, playroom and restaurant. Breakfasts are very good and evening meals are of a good standard. Nice garden walks. Staff are helpful.
Cons: Restaurant opens at 19:15 so difficult for young children, although there are snack up to 18:00. Huge restaurant is too spacious if not filled in the evenings.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: They cleaned one of the connecting rooms and left the other one untouched. I had to ask the receptionist at 7 pm to send someone to clean. When came back after dinner, found cleaning cloth still in the room. No one explained that WiFi username and password are written on the room card covers. You have to pay per hour for you and your family to use the pool facilities.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The room was rather tired and quite small by comparison with the photos. The bed was small. Given that there were very few other people in the hotel I thought it was rather mean to let such a room to us. The so-called spa was €12 per person extra and quite small, not value for money. The selection of channels on the TV was very limited; given it was digital it would not really have hurt to have a greater selection of other language channels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I thought the breakfast was exorbitant at £18. on the first day we paid 8euros ffor coffee, orange juice and a croissant. The next day we went out for breakfast.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Food was ok.
Cons: Rooms require decent refreshment. Service in restaurant is awful, takes 15 mins to get the menu, then 20 mins to make an order and another 30 mins to get your starters. Every evening we spent 2h+ dining... Nobody speaks English and they have no English menu...
Hôtel Le Verseau - Brides-les-Bains - Building
11
7.9 Good (220 reviews)
S$ 140+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel Le Verseau in Brides-les-Bains, you'll be in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of La Tania Ski Resort and Olympe 1 Gondola. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly personnel, comfy lobby, tasty a-la-carte dinners.
Cons: Breakfast looked the same every day (but still tasty. Ski shoe drier in the ski room didn't work, so we had to carry out boots to the room in order to get them dry and warm.
5.0 Okay
Pros: De prijs (the price).
Cons: Old small unpleasant room
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location is ok if you don’t mind the walk up the hill post a day of skiing. Free parking was available. The owner is friendly.
Cons: The rooms are not clean and don’t get cleaned properly. Towels were dirty on 2 occasions and we found left over rubbish from the ppl that stayed there before us under the bed. They didn’t clean the shower, sink and mirrors in the bathroom; we stayed over 1 week and didn’t receive fresh linen once. The breakfast is very very basic and not worth the cost of €12. As the hotel was not busy, the breakfast got worse in terms of choice very day. Reception hours are limited - which is not communised upon booking. As stated by previous guests, you stand in front of closed doors when arriving. When we were finally checked in and went to our room - I was shocked to see how dirty the hallway was - left over pizza on the floor.... Bathrooms have been renovated but the open shower is so badly designed that one floods the shower each time... The beds are old and mattresses very soft; Overall - we were disappointed with the hotel!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Convenient for village
Cons: Dated, worn no air conditioning or fan 30plus degrees!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dietary menu suited us perfectly but might not have been to everyones tastes. Lovely outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nice view
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that even though I have informed the staff that the heating in our room doesn’t work and that it was freezing, they didn’t do anything and we had to spend the night in a terrible cold, I guess there were 15-16 degrees or even less. When I wanted to take a hot shower to warm myself, the water in the shower was not hot at all! So I called the staff at 1am and they told me they have a problem with the heating and they don’t have any solution.. I just had to sleep like that.. I woke up in the morning with an earache, it’s impossible to stay in such conditions and to pay for them! The second night we had an electric radiator in our room because the “problem” wasn’t solved.. As I’ve read on previous comments it’s not the first time and I believe it’s unacceptable to let your guests sleep in cold in the middle of winter, at the mountain! So, since I’ve been very dissapointed, I won’t recommend this hotel!
L'Atelier du Rêve - Brides-les-Bains - Building

S$ 81+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at L'Atelier Du Rêve in Brides-les-Bains, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 15-minute drive of La Tania Ski Resort and Olympe 1 Gondola.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location good for the olympic lift and free Brides le Bain shuttle minibus to the Olympic lift almost outside the hotel
Cons: Brides Les Bain is quiet but I would take that as a bonus.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, and the room was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay! The hotel is also very well maintained and has stylish interiors. All in all, superb value for your money (compared to other places nearby).
Cons: The room and the shower were a bit small for a skiing trip. Also carrying our big suitcase up to the third floor on the narrow staircase wasn't a pleasant experience. These are however minor details and overall the hotel is great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised. The accommodation and the town were both very nice. The accommodation is basic but has everything that you need and is very good value for money. The town is very nice with good underground parking very close by. Also shops, bars and restaurants.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very quiet and feels safe. Entry after hours by code works very well. Natacha is very welcoming and kind - really cares about get guests
Cons: Minor things... could do with a handsoap dispenser or individual mini soap bars. Also an extra toilet roll :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Will staying again, nice and easy communication
Cons: Maybe coffee
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hostess. No problem with late check-in and early check-out. Great location only 5-minute walk from ski lift. A lot of restaurants in 5-minute walk. Free parking near hotel.
Cons: Old furniture, small shower.
7.9 Good
Pros: 5 mins walk from the ski lift and less to the centre of BLB. Economy hotel with very friendly staff, totally adequate facilities for a very reasonable price, definitely recommended for visitors on a budget
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I really liked hospitality, the atmosphere of the hotel and that I could communicate in English with the owner (unfortunatelly I don't speak French). Each day the hotel did room vacuum cleaning and through away garbige from the room. Location is also good - 12 min on foot to gondola lifts, 10 min on foot to hicking routs. There are restaurants near by. Also the value is realy good for the price.
Cons: More precise dust cleaning would be great. Currrently there were dusts on table lamp and closet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Natacha, the proprietress was charming and helpful. The accommodation was basic, as expected, and excellent value. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was adequate with plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. A 10 minute walk to L’Olympe telecabine.
Cons: The property was basic and we had a room on the third floor with no lift. However, this was exactly as expected and so it is unfair to complain about this - especially given the price that we paid. If you want luxury then go elsewhere and pay a lot more. We will certainly come back as it was everything that we needed.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: When I arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked. There was a telephone number on the door, and the proprietor said he would be along in 10 minutes to let me in. 30 minutes later he arrived. Very old hotel in poor condition. Virtually no facilities. Breakfast in the restaurant next door. Your website advertised this hotel as having an outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Guess what??? It had none of these facilities!!!!! Why do you advertise the existance of things like this when you must know they do not exist?? Or do you???????
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing ... we arrived and the hotel was locked up ... we called and the manager arrived and was not overly friendly ... we were disappointed.
Cons: I was surprised, I expected something better even for the price we paid. the hotel was clear, rooms very small, no elevator, we were first put on 3rd floor for no apparent reason and then asked and moved to 1st floor. Personally I thought the hotel was a "whole in a wall' and would have preferred to pay another 20 to 30 euros for a better room.
6.7 Good
Pros: A brilliant budget hotel with everything you need nearby! An excellent alternative to the expensive town centre of the nearby ski resort. If you don't mind the 25 minutes gondola ride, then its perfect for a short stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Friendly helpful staff with good english and room cleaned every day.
Cons: There was not any facilities in the room, at least a kettle would have been good.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Good quality and value 'bistro' type restaurant next door (apparently run by the same people)
Cons: Room much too cramped, second worse hotel we have stayed in in last ten years (but very handy for 3-Valleys ski-ing)

6.7 Good
Pros: great location lots of hot water underground parking
Cons: it wasn't very clear that when we booked and paid for linen that towels were not included. the apartment we had was very small [maybe because we didn't book direct with the hotel ?? ] and because of the amount of different apartments shown on the site we didn't fee oursl was a true representative. biggest thing for us was there was no oven !! it is self catering and there is only so much you can do on 2 electric rings.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice check in staff. Big comfortable room with nice view over the stream running nearby.
Cons: There was no car parking and it was more expensive than what i would like to have paid but not too bad. It was pouring down the night I stayed and being right next to the stream/drain I kept dreaming my house was getting flooded.

Cons: Would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles

5.8 Okay
Pros: Very good location. Really close to the lift that leads to Maribel, so there is No need to take care everyday to go to ski.
Cons: There is an information on booking that they take deposit by the credit card. Imagine my surprise when they wanted to write down in some notebook all the details of my credit card so they can use it in case deposit will be used! This is unacceptable! That are the information that Never should be given And Nobody should even ask for that. After all i needed to look for ATM to pay in cash because they didn’ t want to use machine for credit card.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Liked the clean and tidy apartments and the steam room / sauna / Leisure area.
Cons: Leisure area closed too much.. would have liked it to be available all afternoon and later in the evening especially the ‘bar / pool / seating’ area which closed at 9pm and would have been a nice place to sit with friends until later.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room and facilities
Cons: The light switches for beds are right behind pillows - hence you cannot avoid knocking the switch when you sleep and wake everyone - needs to be resolved
