Pros (+) The staff went above and beyond by texting me once we got in our room to ensure everything was to our liking! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast bar was delicious and had a nice variety of foods! I would stay here again because of the wonderful customer service, great location (off the interstate and close to major stores and eateries), delicious food and comfortable rooms...

Pros (+) Very comfortable bed and pillows. Modern and high end looking lobby. Nice showers with good water pressure.
Cons (-) Slight musty smell in semi-subterranean room. Some staining on lounger.

Pros (+) One of the worst hotel stays ever. For a 4 star hotel I expected more but it's a really trashy place . Stay at the Embassy and avoid this place.
