Great car, nice staff
Pros: Everything about the rental went smoothly, the car was clean and comfortable.
Cons: It was a bit confusing to find the rental place, since Basel airport has a french side and a swiss side. Of course it's not Hertz's fault, just pay attention if you're renting in Basel airport. Another point is that we paid in advance for a second driver and ended up not using it - would have been nice if there was an option to add another driver in the middle of the trip.

Pros: Pretty much everything.
Drop off at MUC is excellent, takes just seconds
Cons: Hertz office at Dreispitz in Basel is hard to find. Signs lead to a carwash, not to the office. The vehicle had two tires inside, taking up the entire trunk space. The guy at the office was telling me unbelievable stories that I have to carry those tires with me. Fortunately in another Hertz office they gladly took those tires from me.

Good quality car
Pros: the car was clean and in good condition.
Cons: the cost of the rental was a little high.

Expensive....but great service
Pros: The lady at the counter was really nice and helpful.
Just the price was quite hefty...
Payed 130$ a day for a midsize , becuse i took full waiver
It should b much cheaper for good drivers who have a clean slate in respect of car damages
Shouldnt cost more then 75$ a day max
