Pros:
Orlando Rental Cars staff were friendly & helpful but their hands were tied to help me because of the third party Kayak booked the rental through, CarTrawler.com.Cons:
Not only was my car reserved at the wrong airport when I arrived to pick the car up but I wasn't offered any help to get another car from CarTrawler.com, rather had to file a dispute to get my money back and pay another rental car company to get a car at the correct booking location. CarTrawler.com also had small print on their contract that said you must use all the petrol/gas unless you get charged a fee of £50. I was on an island for 4 days, this fee is a scam - nearly impossible to use all the petrol.Avis
