Pros (+) Met at the Desk by associate Alicia, she had a smile even after helping a less then friendly guest. She quickly checked us in and commented on how happy we were. She was extremely friendly recommending restaurants and local spots to consider. Sent extra towels and blanket to room at our request and made the stay start off on a high note.
