Pros: The staff were very helpful, we almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport, and having a fussy baby didn't help. One of the guys actually went up to our room to remind us and helped us bring our luggage down while the receptionist came out to help bring our luggage to the bus, never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. The hotel location is also very close to the Narita train station (less than a block), which is great. The room was small but cute, came with two sets of some kind of kimono and slippers. The electric outlet also woks with US chargers
Cons: The elevators were tiny for a family with many luggage, we had to make 2 trips to go up and down, because they couldn't fit the baby stroller and the luggage, but it's not a deal breaker.
7.6 Good
Pros: Excellent staff even with us foreigners. Got to the hotel early and they took our bags from us. Got lost on the way back somewhat and was very very late getting tl the hotel. 4.5 Okay

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is a short 10 minute drive to the airport so it’s very convenient. Their breakfast buffet has a wide range of food. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: The room decor and bathroom was looking a little dated and had markings. There wasn’t a wall socket near the bedside tables to charge phone.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle service; had everything we needed for an overnight near the airport; friendly and efficient
Cons: Meal and alcohol prices seemed a little (especially if you were there over a weekend); We had no means of contacting the hotel in advance to confirm arrival as no email address or phone number was provided, and official hotel website was not functioning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything else, great location, very comfortable and clean, wide rooms compared to the city, various amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Shuttle busses were on time and the ride was short and pleasant. Would easily stay at this hotel again.

Nine Hours Narita - Narita - Room amenity
7
8.2 Excellent (7,204 reviews)
S$ 137+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at nine hours Narita in Narita, you'll be connected to the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Shisui Premium Outlets and Sakura-no-Yama Hill.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were clean and modern. The shower rooms were excellent. The decor and the things available like the lockers and charger inside the pod were great. The music and lighting options were also good. Actually the whole facility was clean, modern and well-maintained. The provided check-in sleepwear and overnight kit were lovely. The location is of course awesome, if tricky to find within the airport - just ask at the information desk when you get to the airport - it's a bit of a maze.
Cons: The lack of non-silent area to make a phone call when you were already in pyjamas. Other guests were sometimes very noisy, despite signs requesting silence for sleeping. Bring earplugs. The sleeping pods creaked and wobbled when people were climbing in and out. Staff started cleaning the sleeping pods long before the 10am checkout, so you have no chance of sleeping later than around 8 as the place will be being rearranged around you.
5.4 Okay
Pros: At terminal two
Cons: Noisy and really uncomfortable beds
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, hot shower, no hassle overnight layover at Narita.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Best option if you have an early morning flight out of NRT. Very clean and safe. Not a fully authentic capsule hotel, though. There is no lounge or vending machines. Pajamas are strange; why not a more comfortable and sanitary jinbae?
Cons: Keep on keepin on
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The simplicity of the layout and cleanliness of the facilities.
Cons: The comfortability of the bed.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location. Right in the airport. I had a flight early in the morning so the location was perfect. The decoration and the overall idea is great.
Cons: I couldn't get any sleep. Any at all. There's no soundproofing of any kind, there was a guy snoring on a pod next to mine so sleeping was impossible. Pods have a decent size, but no space at all to put any of your stuff, this is really annoying since you have to leave all of your stuff in a locker in a different room. No A/C in the pods, it was too hot. There is a lot of space for improvement, but if I had to chose just one thing I would say SOUNDPROOFING THE PODS. Even if everything else is perfect, there's really no point in going there if you're not going to be able to get any sleep at all.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great place for short stay before a next day flight.
Cons: Not ideal if you plan to get there early. Should be get there, shower and sleep

Pros: The frequent shuttle is the main reason I book this hotel. The shuttle you aeon mall is great so you can have dinner and do some last minute shopping

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Narita Hotel is great if you fly out of Tokyo Narita airport, which is very far away from the city- about two hours by an express train from Tokyo. The hotel provides a free shuffle from the airport. This is a very convenient location, especially if you have an early flight. Price is very good
Cons: The restaurant has relatively short hours and there is nothing to eat if you come after 10 pm. It would not be a problem in normal circumstances, but this is an airport hotel, so travelers come at different hours. The rooms are large but very outdated too. There is no complimentary water in rooms either
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service and food very delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff were great. The hotel was probably built in the 50's and shows it. But for the price the room was wonderful, bed, bathroom and all other items were fine. It certainly is not the "Hilton" but the price was very responsible
Cons: Just that it was very old and needed updating but all facilities were fine, clean and the staff was great.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Complete room amenities except no coffee As North Americans, coffee is almost expected in the rooms

6.5 Good
Pros: Close to the airport, and to the town of Narita
Cons: Cramped room, overpriced buffet
5.4 Okay
Cons: Room wasn’t very clean. There was hair ok the walls in the bathroom and it has a sort of unpleasant smell - cigarette smoke + mildew. Sheets & towels were clean though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice sized room, and probably the most comfortable bed/pillows out of any hotel we stayed at while in Japan. Also had the best breakfast of any hotel we stayed at with the most diverse and tasty selection.
Cons: The room and hotel in general seemed to be a little "worn" around the edges. Things out of date/ scratched/ needing new paint/ etc., but all around clean and functional. Although the breakfast was delicious with a good selection, it was very pricey as well and without the IHG member discount would not have been worth the price.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing. Check in was awesome, spoke very good English. The buffet was reasonably priced and food quality was good.
Cons: The room was really outdated and the chairs to sit in were stained and dirty, in the room I stayed in. That being said, overall the room was comfortable.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk staff were quick and very helpful.
Cons: The room smells like body odor upon entering. The bathroom smelled like urine and the odor carried into the sleeping area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room Very comfortable Excellent breakfast buffet
Cons: Only one shuttle per hour in the am was insufficient
7.0 Good
Pros: Delicious breakfast and easy, free transfer to the airport.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good shuttle service , comfortable room , very friendly staff in all areas. A mix of Japanese & foreign team members was a good touch in such a destination.
Cons: The basin in 1127 is badly cracked needs replacement - it’s dangerous. Every pepper mill in restaurant was empty or just about -?easy to fix. Property is in need of major maintenance - rooms woodwork , grouting , bathroom 20 years old . I still choose crowns plaze above the others in area though ..,
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly and accommodating
Cons: The furniture in my room had seen better days
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Why my husband and I love ANA crown plaza hotel: 1) Easy access from Narita airport. 2) Free shuttle bus from the airport to hotel and vice- versa. 3) Professional respectful and friendly staff from concierge, reception, breakfast buffet restaurant and housekeeping. Special SHOUT- OUT to a (middle eastern) man I forgot his name for helping us storing in and out of our heavy luggages from the storage due to flight cancellations. Thank you so much for your friendly helpful always with a smile customer service during our stay. You are the mirror of what real customer service should be,,,,,, all the time.
Cons: Same breakfast items during our 4 days of stay.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The Christmas tree in the lobby
Cons: Everything! Tiny room, uncomfortable tiny beds, despite requesting a king room, cold room, heater was not working nor they cared to do anything about it. When pointed these out at the reception upon leaving, she smiled and didn't even offer an apology!!!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: good location, clean room, fast response
Cons: none so far
7.0 Good
Pros: It is located in a convenient location if you need to get an early morning flight from Narita Airport. The hostel doesn't have any staff, but you have an auto lock system both in the entrance and in the bedroom door, which guarantees that your belongings are safe at all times. The futon beds were generally comfortable and everything was clean.
Cons: The room was extremely small and one of the windows had tape on it. The area with the tape glued on was leaking cool air inside.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Towels smelt mouldy. No tea or coffee, hard to find, poor instructions to get there, the building is cream coloured, not brown as per description, couldn’t open window
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It a first time for me that you do a self check-in without any staffs at all! it super easy. Once payment is made, they will sent you the door code and you check-in just using the code! It as simple as that. There is a supermarket next door which you could grab some food and a seating section which you could eat. Free water and green tea is provided ( self serve ). A 10 to 15 walk from Keisei Narita / JR Narita Station. And a 10 mins ride from the station to Narita Airport. I'll stay here again if I'm passing through Tokyo.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Self check-in which is great when you come from or to Narita airport not at a typical time during the day or night. Close to supermarket and train station. The rooms are small but they are just enough for a short stay. The baffroom is in each room and you are provided with towels, body soaps and even toothbrushes.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the ease of check in and check out. Location was good. Only a 15 minute or so walk from the train. Shower was good with lots of hot water.
Cons: The pillows were hard and the mattresses were more like pads. Not very comfortable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Self check-in/out. Basic room and private bath.
Cons: Occasional noise from cleaners/other tenants
6.5 Good
Pros: Good WiFi. Easy checkin. Clean. Good value for the price, but definitely not worth any more than what we paid ($50/night for 1 room with 2 twin beds). We would have been very disappointed if we had paid more than that.
Cons: Very small room. With 2 people with luggage, there was no space to even stand. Very thin walls and windows. Loud street noise and we could hear other guests in their rooms talking. Two different groups of guests came in to the guesthouse at midnight and 3AM and woke us up. The beds and pillows were very hard/uncomfortable, so we didn’t sleep very well.

4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was good. The lobby looked very nice.
Cons: A/C didn’t work well even we called to the front desk many times. The air felt like stuck and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep at all. We needed to leave the hotel at 4am (we planned to leave at 10am) due to the lack of good cool air in the room. The corridors and lobby felt much better but not inside the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel's location is definitely good for staying before your flight or in between connecting flights. They provide a free shuttle service from and to the airport. There is an onsen and a convenience shop with everything you may need on site. The onsen is really good and guests can use it for only 700 yen. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was a little bit moldy, especially the bathroom. No good channels on TV.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean room in a good location, friendly staff and great free shuttle service to the airport
Cons: The room was a non smoking room but still smelt like stale cigarettes
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Hotel bus at Narita airport terminal 1 south wing stop #16 takes you directly to the hotel for free, though if you get on at terminal 2, the bus might already be full. The room for two people was a decent size and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient and there was no problem with the entire stay.
Cons: There were no towels provided in the room (or maybe we didn't find them?)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed this hotel for the flight from Narita airport the next day.Highly recommend for the same reason. There is awesome spa(on-sen) which you can use additional 700JPY. We went to the chinese restaurant in the hotel. The food was tasty and reasonable.
Cons: Transportation from the city center is bus and it cost only 1000JPY. Only thing which I didn't like is the duration with bus,but actually Narita airport is way too far airport fromm the center....
7.1 Good
Pros: It was very close to the airport so was worry-free about getting to the airport on time. Also the staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent service.
Cons: I am a non-smoker and so I’m not very keen on the smell of cigarettes. The first booking was made for a family of three with my parents whilst this (second) booking was made solo, for myself. The first room was odourless and pleasant though the facility did seem a bit old, but the pathway leading to the room smelt heavily of smoke including the room itself. Later found out it was because the room was for smokers. I called the counter desk and explained (in Japanese) that the room smelled too heavily of smoke for a non-smoker and asked if there were any spare rooms available but the only feedback was from the housekeeper with a room spray. A little disappointing, especially for a 2 night stay, dreading to have to go back into the room that I slept with a mask on.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We missed our flight and had to scramble. They provided shuttle service to Narita (free) and also shuttle service to nearby towns and mall. Great little expedition to end or begin your trip in Japan. Affordable price is a huge selling point, and staff is very generous and really helpful. We drank heavily and had a time exploring the hotel and going out on the shuttle. Note, this place has a very 60's-80's ish decor. Which was hiliariously cheese and cool.
Cons: The beds are dated and the room is a bit smaller than traditional US hotels. Motel setting in a scaled hotel size.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: close to the Narita Airport, with shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. the car parking place is large, quite some kinds of resturants, the garden is good also

Cons: The hill down from the station was fine. But was a bit of a climb back up. Definitely not the hotel's fault though.
7.0 Good
Pros: it's near by the Narita Airport. We planned to visit the park nearby narita airport. This is one of the good choice for me.
Cons: Everything is fine for me. The staff is quit helpful. The wired thing is... They don't help the guest to send the postcard and they don't have staff for guest to buy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great. It was much better than expected and better than big airport hotel we later stayed at. Very close to train station. The weather was turning warm and the comforter is much too warm.
