Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's breakfast options and its convenient location near the airport and car rentals. However, many experienced issues with service, such as overbooking, lack of communication, and unhelpful staff, especially at night. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several complaints about housekeeping and bathroom conditions. Some guests also mentioned problems with room comfort, such as poor air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate blackout curtains, which affected their sleep quality. Overall, while the breakfast and location were highlights, service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) newly renovated bathroom, comfortable bed and bed linens
Cons (-) TV wouldn’t function, only one caffeinated coffee pod
Pros (+) Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was great. Comfortable room for 5.
Cons (-) Starting breakfast at 7 seems late seems late to me. With airport requirements of early arrival for security screening we weren’t able to make use of the free breakfast due to our flight time.
