Cons:I have stayed at this hotel several times and honestly there is nothing I didn’t like this time.

Pros:Nice full breakfast included in your stay.
Cons:Our room wasn't clean the following day after being out all day. Should have a better check list to make sure all rooms are cleaned. We returned to our room around midnight and was very disappointed. Luckily, the night front desk lady gave us clean towels.

Pros:There was a problem after booking on KAYAK that the hotel was not notified of our arrival before we got there and we were given a reservation number that did not work. The staff was very competent in asking for what they needed and making multiple calls with getaroom.com (the customer service agent pervaded by the reservation by KAYAK) to ensure our booking on my behalf. Even though it took 20 minutes or more to check in, I never once was pressured to take care of the situation myself and they were concerned about me being double-billed should they just give me a room and take care of it later. They handled the process with perfection in a frustrating situation for a customer. I also loved the comfort of the bed!
Cons:The TV in the room used settings making the picture too big for the screen, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it, but I did not seek help from the hotel to resolve the issue.

Cons:Walls are a little thin. Heard the neighbours radio at 445,called the front desk and they told us they would check it out. An hour later we could still hear it. Called again and the front desk said they would have their shuttle driver check it out. Lost a lot of sleep that night.

Pros:The. Shower temp was very variable. Hot to ice cold and back in a few seconds. We didn't get our wake up call. Otherwise we were happy with everything. The breakfast was great. Eggs, potatoes and sausage. Got a free mall of America coupon book.
