Pros (+) The location is superb. Near many attractions and Royal Mile but not suffering from being there. Quiet building. Washer is a lifesaver.
Cons (-) There's an elevator but not available for rental use, so there are three stairs segments to climb. The flat is ok but looks somewhat worn out. The bed is small for a couple. Lacks some utensils on the kitchen. Shower door small.
