Great hotel friendly helpful staff.
I booked a room with two beds, when I showed up they did not have any rooms with two beds available. I had to book an additional room at my expense.
Good location. Close to LAX, not far from the beach. Room was great, very clean. Friendly staff, free parking was a huge plus.
Need better staff
The hotel was nice enough. I was in town on business and searching for places to relocate to in the area. This has always been my go to when I am on business travel and was excited to bring my girlfriend and show her where I stay when I travel to LA.
Unfortunately we had some items come up broken after we were gone all day. Management never came to see us after they promised that they would. Nothing has been done about it. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but at least give me the courtesy of attempting to make it right instead of constantly saying sorry. Sorry doesn't fix it, it admits fault which further enraged by the lack of effort to make things right
While being close to the airport you don't hear much from the planes.
