We have stayed here many times prior to flying out of Ohare. Nice park n fly package. Restaurants close - White Castle across street! Biggest new thing was availability of Tesla/ev chargers!!!!!! Yay!

Cons (-) I travel very frequently and I'm usually very easy-going, however after their shuttle drivers being inaccessible and very late(causing me to be late), centipedes in my bed (I have photos to prove it), a housekeeper walking into my room at 8:30 (waking me up), and staff who, when complained to, told me I was incorrect/not telling the truth and refusing to refund my room....I won't be back. Pros (+) Comfy beds and pillows
Cons (-) No A/C in the shuttle van on our way back to the hotel from the airport. Recommend it gets fixed soon to maintain happy guests. Windows only opened an inch in the back--and only a couple even had openers! Nasty hot and stuffy ride in stop-and-go traffic.
