Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Everything. Property is in dire straits, staff jaded and facilities are below par. Room is very dirty, badly maintained and housekeeping is the worst I've ever experienced. Do NOT check in here.

Pros: The staffs were friendly and communicate very well. Compensate with free breakfast.

Cons: There was a delay in check in due to insufficient of housekeeper and it was a school break. Had to wait for about 1.5 hrs upon arrival.

Pros: I like the view and the environment outside my room. There are a lot of fresh frower and gazebo just to seat and relax. Yes, the hotel is just a walking distance to the market to buy a lot of fresh vege and fruits.

Cons: The WATER HEATER seriously need to be REPAIR, please! I need to boiled water using kettle to take a bath especially for my kids. Read bad review about water heater before this, never though no action were taken.

Pros: The courtyard was beautiful and the location is in walking distance to a strawberry farm nearby.

Cons: The overall construction quality is quite poor. The bathroom had a strong smell of Malaysian sewers, the walls are thin and noise travels easily, and the windows and balcony door had large gaps. Luckily mosquitos don't seem to be a big problem in Cameron Highlands.

Pros: The location is strategic. Easy to locate. The owner is very helpful. The shops are near, you can just walk there. Wifi is okay. Overall I enjoy being here

Cons: If weekends, the parking space are not enough but dont worry u can still double park by leaving your phone number on the dashboard without risking parking your car outside the property gate. Toilet in my room is smelly, I think its clogged.

Pros: The Surrounding so nice and the staff really friendly. I'll stay there in my next trip to cameron highland. Also, just minute walk to restaurant, seven eleven and many more.

Pros: We stayed for 4 days there. The hospitality and environment is very good. We love to stayed there.. very calm. It's budgetable too. For those who searching for calm n relax stay , this is the best place for u.

Cons: ROOM WAS HOT DURING NIGHT TIME ( WINDOW WAS OPENED WITH SIDE GLASS DOOR CLOSED - WORRY MOSQUITORS / INSERTS ). REQUEST IF ROOM COME WITH FAN TO IMPROVE AIR CIRCULATION.

Cons: Don't expect to use in-house wifi cause it doesn't work at all. Made a complaint and nothing is done to fix the problem. There is no private hotel parking. Have to buy City Council parking ticket or else....

Pros: The room arrangement is very good for family with kids or elderly whom you want to keep an eye on and yet maintain privacy. The foods are tasty and delicious.

Cons: However, a small disappointment on the breakfast buffer as many foods are not refill quick enough as we have to wait more than 10-15 minutes before can continue our next serving. It is good there is a wheelchair ramp. But the ramp is too steep (more than 30-45 deg) and need at least 2 persons to push a wheelchair up and down. In addition, kids running down the ramp is so dangerous when there is a car driving into the drive way or a car park near the ramp, as they are not able to stop in time.

Pros: I like the location, the friendly and efficient staff, Internet connection, 24/7 free hot drinking water and ironing facility, clean toilet, reasonably priced room. I got a free photocopy of my travel documents as complimentary service. No power outage. Cool ambiance. No problems in booking.

Cons: I hope that the housekeeping staff will vacuum the room carpets daily because my allergic rhinitis was triggered whenever I was inside the room. They should also place the mattress, pillows bed sheets and linen under the sun because I had several insect bites in my body after sleeping in the bed. Housekeeping staff should be taught about the proper timing to inform guests of their cleaning schedule. For example, they woke me up at 12:00 noon only to clean up after 1:30 pm. I was so sleepy they wanted me to leave the room but they were not ready yet. As result, I slept in the lobby.

Pros: The hotel is cozy, calming and relaxing. So satisfied with the complementary especially daily car wash. Suits for love birds to have a peaceful time together.

Pros: Splendid room. Amazing staff, got the balance just right. Without doubt one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
