Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and tranquil location, friendly and attentive service, generous breakfast offerings, charming mountain chalet atmosphere, and quality restaurant. Many highlighted the comfortable, well-decorated rooms and family-friendly environment. Some negative feedback concerned room temperature during heatwaves, limited reception hours, and isolated incidents of unsatisfactory service or food, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
