Cons: the food could be better

Cons: location isn’t that great as it is on the border of district 1.

Cons: When booking I accidentally just put the rooms down for one guest, even thought I had 2. Online the charge for 1 guest and 2 guest were the same. They tried to charge me $30 a guest per night. It was shady, but after explaining that 1-2people online doesn't change the rate. They accepted.

Cons: Location is less than ideal, with very little within walking distance, but a free shuttle runs regularly to the heart of District 1, 10 mins away.

Cons: Nothing at all

Cons: Hotel was old and run down - poorly staffed and rooms were poorly maintained

Cons: Overall, I have been staying in hotels on business and leisure trips for over 20 years, I have never ever felt so unwelcome as this stay in Sheraton made me feel. To top it all, the manner was unapologetic, rude and ruthless. Some examples below: 1. Staff failed to look me up for the SPG membership, in spite of me being the member. 2. Why did you book for 2 people, who is the second person, tell me the name of your girlfriend, a Vietnamese girl can't be your guest. They kept interrogation about the identity of my girlfriend even when I explained that I am not sure if my girlfriend may want to stay while checking in. They kept insisting that I share the personal information about the girlfriend, breach of PII law in western countries. My lady Vietnamese guests were extremely uncomfortable in coming anywhere near the hotel due to the notoriety in treating them badly by the hotel management staff. 3. Guest Relation Manager and Hotel Director took no action, courtesy upgrade or any other offer when the abuse, discomfort and experience related issues were brought to the attention of the staff in-spite of clearly indicating no intention to break local laws. Was made to feel like a criminal. Even when reminded that I was there customer and am having a bad experience, they asked me to feel free to report whatever I feel in the review and they will not amend or change any of the experience. When asked if I can cancel the booking, they said yes for the full fee, so practically I had no choice but to suffer the stay. 4. Internet is around $17 USD per day if it isn't part of the room rate. If you happened to overlook the internet part, hotel wants you to come down to the sitting area with limited seats to use free wifi. In the day and age of personal devise usage, really sorry to see the over the top internet charges. 5. Very limited western choices for breakfast, breakfast choices not worth the cost. They have a special sitting area for single guests, staff insists that single guests are confined to the designated single guests section. 6. They have a standard procedure for single guests, after 8 pm, they have an escort lady to drop you to the elevator so you can have no guest with you when you go to bed :)

Cons: Overall everything was quite acceptable

Cons: It was a little expensive for Saigon

Cons: To minor to mention withought a consulting fee :-)

Cons: I enjoyed everything

Cons: Room was a little small.

Cons: Should avoid stuff walking on the emergency stairs, very noisy for guests who stay next to it, I stay at room no.1808, can still hear people walking up and down at 11pm.

Cons: Front desk staff aren't friendly. More expensive compared to other hotels with the same quality nearby.

Cons: We stayed in the 'new' wing and the room overlooked the main pedestrianised Nguyen Hue. Unfortunately while we were there a stage had been set up for a weekend event - which while not an issue in itself - was a problem as they were practicing until 3:00am at loud and varying noise levels (literally 75dB according to phone app). This highlighted poor noise insulation through the windows of the hotel room.

Cons: Did not get to stay long enough.

Cons: Happy hour 2- for-1 was unclear to execute.

Cons: My room didn't have a view at all.

Cons: food and drinks at hotel are over priced.

Cons: The style of decoaration is a little dated but this is a minor quiblle. This is a classy hotel.

Cons: Traffic noise

Cons: The bathroom didn't have enough towels, and the water from the shower kept getting all over the floor, despite our best efforts. The staff was strange at times, at one point asking me 3x to look at my keycard even though I'd shown it to them already. I didn't understand what they were doing. Also, there was no breakfast included.
